This store has the best sales associates!

I WANT to love this location of Home Depot but just can't! The Lowe's store is buzzing with people because they are so well stocked and the Home Depot barely has anything I need. Sad because I own Home Depot stock and want to give them all my business but just can't...I check first and then end up at Lowes.

The employees make this store so wonderful-I have gone to Lowe's and not a single person has asked if they could help me. I can't walk past an employee at Home Depot without them asking me if I need assistance. I love how willing everyone is to help.

I went to get stain for my deck they show all the stains and explained the difference between them then they got me what I wanted

the store is clean and more products to choose. last time i purchased more than 60 bags of mutches (3 times), I received helps from the employees. I'd say home depots have the very good employees who could help you when you needed!

Customer service at the Christiansburg, VA store is excellent. I had no problem finding associates available and willing to help me. The associates are also very knowledgeable of their departments.

I went into the store for a specific product, but had questions regarding that product. The store associate was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I left with the product I needed and was pleased with the pricing and quality of the item. I will definitely visit this Home Depot again!

Friendly clean store, contractor oriented in general store, but that is what I like. Garden area seems to always be well stocked and easy to use.

Home depot in Christiansburg Virginia has been my go to store for years. My husband and I remodeled our home when we first got married and found that the associates at home depot were friendlier and more knowledgeable than associates at other hardware stores in the area. The first experience has lead us to continue to return to home depot, year after year. We have built two new decks and will be starting on a third in the spring and have found that Home Depots lumber doesn't shrink as much as others when it dries and upon delivery appears to be in better shape. As for me and my family Home Depot is the only way to go!

The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and I can't wait to explore some of the classes offered here!

Associate in appliances was much more helpful and knowledgeable than at Lowe's.

I visited the Chrtlistiansburg store and ordered a custom storm door. Belen and Randy were great help! We placed the order and everything went great. Customer service was great!!

Employees are always willing to help you locate what you are looking for.

The staff is friendly and ready to help. They know their stuff. They have a great selection but have no problem special ordering a product.

i WENT IN TO LOOK AT OUTDOOR FURNITURE AS WELL AN YOUNG MAN NAMED JARED WAS WORKING HE SHOWED ME ALL THE COLORS AS WELL I WANTED TO GET A FEW MORE THINGS HE TOOK THE CHAIRS UP FRONT AND WENT TO LOAD THEM AS WELL LOADED MY MULCH AND TIED MY CHAIRS IN MY TRUCK AND SHOOK MY HAND AND SAID THANKS AFTERWORDS BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SO FAR I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFETIME THANKS JARED !!

I love coming to the CBurg Home Depot because there is always someone close by who can help me. The staff is extremely knowledgable.

The main isles were not over crowded with seasonal/promotion items and easy to move around from department to department unlike I find in other Home Depot stores or competitors stores.

I went to pick up an order that I placed online. The lady at the customer service desk was very knowledgeable and just plum sweet!! (Her name is Alice) She has helped me several times and has always been the same. {give that girl a raise!)
