Found what I wanted right away. The self check out is a great idea. An associate at the checkout was very friendly and helpful.

I am very satisfied with my visit to your store in Christiansburg Va.,The associates working there are very friendly and are very willing to help a person find what they are looking for. The cashiers are great and the Guys who helped me load my trailer were all great. I very much enjoy doing business with your store.

We always enjoy going to Home Depot, because we always find what we need, because if we can't find it the associates are very helpful in helping us find what we need. Other stores we have been to, I think the associates hide so that don't have to do anything. It is very refreshing to go down an aisle and someone ask "is there anything I can do to help" or "have you found what you are looking for"? That's the reason we choose Home Depot!!!

Employees were very friendly and helpful! Almost every employee we passed were asking us if we needed any help! Awesome experience!

When purchasing recent materials for a siding job the assosicates at Home Depot were extremely friendly and helpful when i needed help loading the supplies into my truck!

When she was looking up a item number she talked to us while she looked up the item number which I thought was awesome!! Very great store!!

We are planning a bathroom remodel. the associate in the kitchen/bath/appliace area was excellent. She knew all the products associated with a remodel including cabinetry, flooring, countertops and all the accessories. She even knew more than many of the people that we talked to at speciality stores.

I had trouble finding wood finishes. I found one associate that happened to work outside that was not sure where to find it. He found an associate that did know. Everything else was where I thought it was .

home depot has decking product system that lowes offers at a higher price this help keep the cost down and time needed to find products this store had a complete stock and to help answer several question about my deck project

Not only did they help pick out paint I needed, at a good price, they assisted jump starting our car when it died. Thanks guys!

The sales associates in store are always very pleasant and helpful. Not to mention it doesn't take forever to get someone to load items in vehicle for you. They knew where the item was I needed and took me right to where it was and loaded them in my cart and helped get them to checkout. I find their store to be better organized and associates much more willing to assist with customer needs. Don't feel as if I'm bothering them to ask a lot of questions. You can actually find someone to help you there. Thanks!

the store was clean, the associate was helpful in finding my item which was almost out of stock because it was a seasonal item. I'm glad to have the large fan to help me with drying out my basement after all the rain we've just had.

Rachel in Kitchen and Bath helped me with granite countertops. She gave me all the time I needed, had lots of helpful information, and answered all my questions. She came through by getting the fabricator to agree that I could view all the slabs and that was great, because once I saw the entire slab, I changed my choice of granite. After that, Rachel quickly got the revised paperwork done and off to the fabricator to expedite installation. I have purchased granite several times before, and this was the most fun I ever had, and the best information I ever got. Oh, and Rachel's estimate, based on my drawings, was only one-half square foot different from the fabricator's. Not bad.

Great experience overall very clean and very helpful associates

I´m moving with my family from Brazil to US and during this journey we lived several experiences buying the new items to prepare our house. During the last visit to Home Depot, the Associate Ruth show us how to receive, inform and support properly a client ... Thank you for your patience and high professional skills. Clean store but 2 of the items I was looking for were unavailable. Associate offered to place an order but I will have to look at the competition as I would rather not wait. One was a necessary install part (composite standoff) for another item I purchased in store ( porch column). Frustrated that I will have to wait to install.

Staff was very helpful cashier was happy to be there. Cant stand to see someone who hates their job and make every one else feel the same way..

Alice at the service desk was very helpful and efficient. My husband had bought the wrong size fitting, so I had to return it for a refund. She quickly took care of the transaction and was upbeat, smiling and pleasant, as usual. Keep up the good work ALICE!
