I bought a Pergola that was a floor display and the employees took id down so I could get it into my van. Took about 20 minutes to take it apart. Very careful as they did it. Not sure who the gentlemen were did not get their names. Sabrina came over to help as we needed an extra hand and she also checked us out.

Bobbie in Plumbing was amazing, prevented me from making a wrong purchase on something I did not even need. When I returned for something else to complete my project, he made sure I had the correct items and everything so there would not be a third trip to Home depot for the same project. He was understanding, Kind and patient with me from the first visit to the end of my second visit.

friendly, helpful employees made our shopping experience very satisfying. we were glad we decided to do some comparison shopping and found some items we hadn't seen at the other box stores we frequent. we had no trouble finding someone to help us get the item we needed that was up high on the shelf. cashier was very pleasant too and made signing up for the store credit card fast and easy.

This store is always so neat and clean and the staff is always more than helpful.

We live in Granite City and have spent lots of time and money at the Collinsville location. We have found the service to be great. Paint dept., garden, home remod, lighting, and most recently, with a garage door purchase. Employees: Stephen Hughes, “Tim” and cashier “Candice” all friendly and helpful. Mr. Hughes and “Tim” served as a great tag team, one on the computer and the other had lots of verbal, consumer, practical info ( he had recently purchased a garage door).

The associates in this store are very knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always well stocked of material that I am looking for. And I like the overall cleanliness and attention to detail that I see every time I come in the store.

Got a new front entry door replaced. It is beautiful and installation was excellent. Getting new flooring installed in our master bathroom. I'm sure they will do an excellent job.

I went to Home Depot to get a new kitchen. The designers are friendly and courteous. I was able to bounce idea off of them and they gave me many alternatives for my design applications. The guided me to sales to make my budget go further. I could not be happier!

No diversity in this store; all the management are Caucasian as well as the workers; today i saw no diversity

Lola’s Customer service was the best. So nice to know that someone still actually does care about this.

The employees are friendly and are always willing to help. The cashiers are fast and friendly and always get you out in a reasonable amount of time.

Went to live on a garden had a lot of questions the lady there Samantha was so sweet answered all the questions she possibly could enter she had questions she couldn't answer she looked it up for me helped me with carrying my product and one above and beyond my expectations way to go thank you Sam

The Collinsville Home Depot is well-stocked and well-staffed. Finding the items I wanted was easy, the store was orderly and clean. The cashier was friendly and courteous. I did not interact with any other personnel, but I would expect them to be helpful also.

While shopping at this location I am impressed with the professionalism of all the store workers particularly an employee, I think his name is Trey. This gentleman was the most courteous person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The store should have more men like him.
