Self checkout is frustrating.
Only self checkout available. I needed assistance multiple times; one item did not have bar code, one bar code was illegible, wood sold by linear foot. Each time I had to wait for assistance because the only employee working was helping multiple other people using self checkout.

Excellent store. Knowledgeable and courteous employees.
I buy all my appliances from Home Depot. Only thing I was disappointed in was I made the decision to buy a Samsung fridge. Ice maker broke, water dispenser quit, cooling fan went out. You cannot get anyone to repair it because the parts can't be obtained and cost a fortune. NOT THE STORES FAULT. Everything else I've purchased has been good. Evan Townzen, HD Manager, hooked me up with a new Whirlpool fridge. Look him up if you go to Collinsville Store. He's very knowledgeable. Great experience!!!
