The store staff are great, very helpful and courteous every time I shop there. The store is well stocked and clean, what more can you ask for. I am disappointed with the corporate policy on veterans discounts. All veterans should be recognized, not just those that have a VA card or retirement card. The majority of veterans don't have either. All veterans have a DD214 which the state requires for veterans recognition license plates or veteran designation on driver license. "All gave some, some gave All"

Your store is neat and clean. Recently was in the paint department, only one employee was at the counter with four patrons in line. Not another employee was around to ask a question. Maybe put another employee in the paint department for inquiring people that need a little assistance.

These guys were great! I took the item I was looking to fix. Unfortunately they did not have the part however they offered me great options to achieve my goal. I was able to get everything I needed and the solution provided worked out great.

Had an excellent experience buying carpet. The salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly and respected our time. He explained every phase of the process and the timing of them. I am VERY pleased.

I really appreciate Home Depot because the recognized the Military and offer at least a 10% discount on items. this has lead me to shop there first over any of the competition "manardes" which does not.. Honoring the Military is one of many reasons I would rather spend my money HOME versus.. abroad.

I visited the store on my lunchhour and was in and out in no time.

Although several employees were helpful the expert we needed to ask questions of could not be bothered and I had to track him down at least 4 times to ask further questions for the project we were doing and spending a few 100 dollars on at the store. He basically stayed at the other end of the aisle stacking shelves and I had to keep going back to ask another question. Actually we did not buy all we needed because it was such a hassle and his attitude was less than welcoming. Not what I normally experience at a Home Depot. He knew the answers but couldn't be bothered to work with us. Fortunately there is a Home Depot closer to where we live, so hopefully we wont have to go back to this one any time soon.

I was shopping for a new washing machine. My experience at this Home Depot was very good. I found an employee within a few minutes who was helpful and wrote up my order quickly. I went on a Tuesday evening and they will be delivering my washer on Friday.

Kelly was extremely helpful and patient. She concentrated on what I needed. At one point she gave her walkie to another employee so she could work on my order.

On my visit today, the employees were gathered at front of store for social time. 15 minutes later, they were still at the front. When I left, the check out person said I should have come to a cashier and asked for help! Why should I have to search for someone to help me. Let alone, go back to the front of the store and ask for it!

I would rate this store at the top of the chart of being excellent! Great smiles when you walk in, helpful, knowledgeable, clean, hard workers, you always have everything I am needing from this store...Thank you for being in our home town! The store was clean, associates were helpful, and friendly! I found exactly what I came there for.

The cashier quick and helpful (Samah), but not any help to find things. We read through, but none asked if we needed help. So, as usual...

This HD store is much larger and better stocked than our store in Shiawassee County. Staff were just as friendly and helpful as at our local HD. Despite being better stocked overall, this store did not carry slow setting epoxy glue, only 4 varieties of 5 minute epoxy. The slow setting epoxy is so much better for repairs of complicated wood fractures and difficult wood and plastic assemblies. Why not drop one type of 5 minute epoxy and add a slow set variety at all HD stores???

This store’s kitchen design department is exceptional. Ask for Alana. She’s helpful and provides outstanding customer service.

When I entered your store I was not in the mood to talk to anybody. When I left, trying to avoid talking to anyone, I ended up making a new friend "Suzy" that we couldn't stop talking/sharing our love of cleaning techniques and products. Suzy suggested The Home Depot Brand of cleaning products and said she clean's "on another level" like myself, and it passed her test. So I trust what ever product she swears by. Next time I ponder trying something new... I will look for her and ask her what she thinks of this product before buying it. I told her she needs to start a blog. I rarely meet somebody "Cut from the same cloth", who you want to hang out with more, after meeting them. With luck, I'll have her working for me, one day. I had to laugh when she said "One day, one day I will be sponsored by Dyson". As I have said my self, "One day I will be sponsored by Clorox". -Ha! I get it, I totally get it. Luv her!

This afternoon the staff seemed to be very friendly and on point in every aspect. Paint, millwork an Especially my cashier Teresa and Jay Jay in Doors.... even the employees I passed asked if I needed assistance. On my way to cash out; with an overflowing cart a gentlemen asked if there was anything else I needed. I thought about those straps to help lift heavy items ...although my description was vague, he knew exactly what I needed and walked with me to them. On our way back he suggested the slide guards for my floors as well since we were passing trough that isle. I bought those too? I regret I don’t remember his name...

I love this Home Depot location. Employees are always helpful and smiling. I especially like Wade Grost and the professionalism and kindness he brings to my shopping experience. Keep employees like him and it will increase your success.

I have mobility issues, which can be trying in a store as large as Home Depot. I try to go very early or very late in order to miss the crowds and to assure that there is sufficient staff to answer questions or help me find products. I have been very pleased with the level of support and knowledge of the staff.

I was able to find the product I needed to remodel my bathroom, shower doors. It was a pleasant experience considering the holidays and how busy everything was. The young people in the store were very helpful.
