Great Service and Experience
We had a very efficient and welcoming experience in finding the correct appliance that best suites our needs. The employees are so helpful and well trained in knowledge of their policies and how to get answers to your questions. Poor customer service
kollette at return counter was the most unfriendly, unhappy, unhelpful customer service representative I have ever experienced. We had another representative aiding us in a large return over $500. She took over our transaction telling v the other representative and us she could not return our items. The other representative tried to advocate for us expressing multiple ways to complete our return. She rudely and unsympatheticily informed us there was nothing she could do. She was adamant NOT to help me. Finally the other representative brought over Tina the assistant manager who happily and quickly completed our return with no problem.

There's certain employees at home depot that are extremely disrespectful. And they don't care about the military discounts or anything to do with the military
I was at home depot yesterday picked up a pallet of quick Creek. Black top patch work with this guy called Steven who's totally disrespectful he wanted to argue with me like you wanted to be fired or something but. I would not engage. I would not engage with such behavior.

Amazing employees!
Glen is an amazing asset to the Okemos store! He truly cares about the customer experience. He assisted me with plywood and the subsequent cutting of it. He took his time, was extremely accurate and very personable. He alone would make me come back!
