Everyone is so helpful and everything is easy to find

Dave in water heaters was very knowledgeable and helpful even to the point of going into the other aisles to get us exactly what we needed for our installation. Mandy in customer service and returns was very pleasant and helpful when we returned the wrong product and helped us get the discount due on our new purchase with installation even though the proper information was not in her computer system! Dave also came to the service desk to help get the information on the discount due us when installation was being done by Home Depot.

Every time I go to home depot in Gahanna they are so helpful and go way above and beyond I couldn't be more pleased with them

Every person in the tool rental dept is awesome they are very helpful

We drove 45 miles just to come to this store passing several others closer to our home and was assisted by Chad in the lumber department. He was such a great help and did everything he could to help us with our purchase. We were both extremely satisfied with our service received from him - He made our trip worth is, and we will defiantly be back to this location. Thanks again Chad for going above and beyond.

I was looking for a specific item at Home Depot and was impressed with the general knowledge of store personnel. I encountered the first sales associate as I entered the store and even the item I was looking fore was not in his domain, he was able to immediately point me in the right direction. Was quite impressed as the particular item could of been in any location if I had hunt for it myself without any direction

Employee went out of her way to find the product I could not find on my own. She was very helpful and a very nice person.

My husband and I went to Home depot to get a price on carpeting our home. We picked out what we thought was a good quality and price carpet samples. Along came John Everman and showed us we were not looking at the carpeting we thought we were. He priced that and then showed us what we actually had picked out and it was a special buy which was half the price and actually better quality.

The staff was very helpful and never had to search for anyone. Was given great advice for the projects I was trying to tackle.

checkout clerks are not properly trained to accept personal checks , only 1 of 4 knew correct procedure to process a personal check electronically.. They handed check back, for me to completely write the pay to, date, amount and signature...Only 1 clerk took my blank check ran it thru check reader, which processed it , clerk then stapled check to store receipt, & I was on my way...Poor training apparently..

Whenever I need a rental, whether for power tools for garden or home improvement, I have found what I need here. In my experience, their tools I used have been in great working condition. Never had a problem. The prices seem very reasonable and I can get short term (4 hour) rental rates, which often is just right for my needs.

This store is always clean and neat, they always have what I need in stock and ready to go! I love the fact that they will price match competitors and online pricing!

Alicia in Customer Service is beyond friendly and helpful! She turned my shopping from a chore to an experience! We all know we usually we get a sad, I don't know, I don't care, it's not my job attitude from customer service or it's the place where time stands still!!! I am delighted to say that for once I received everything I needed and in a timely manner with a smile!!!!!

Super-friendly staff with great eye contact, eager to help. The associate in paint was the type of guy I could have asked something really dumb like 'what should I stir my paint with' and he would just be genuinely excited to be able to help someone with no judgment whatsoever. My cashier was fantastic too- she practically jumped to hand-scan my cumbersome paint cans. People should shop at this store to support it because it seems like their employees think it's a great place to work. Thank you for the help!
