    Very deceiving advertised "military discount" benefits Home Depot, not veterans.
    Home Depot touts its "military discount" and waves its flag for the community to see yet, when a veteran gets to the checkout he/she will find VERY FEW of the items they are buying actually GET the discount. The website says, "most items..." yet most items DO NOT get the discount and, when shopping" you have no idea what will, or will not, get a discount until you get to checkout. Very deceiving.

      I used to get a veterans discount on all products and now you get very little discount on very few products.

        Professional , knowledgeable staff, Outstanding service!
        The staff of this store are very professional and knowledgeable. They always give me the right, workable suggestion/advice on my projects or my purchases. They truly understand my needs and concerns and take customer first. One staff (sorry, I forget his name, who was a retired engineer), told me that he comes to the store to help people, which make himself happy and his life meaningful! What a wonderful working attitude! Appreciate! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

          Best Home Depot in town!
          It’s the employees that make this store the best! Anything you need, are confused about, need help finding, returns, project guidance whether it be plumbing, tiling, electrical - you name it. I’ve always found someone who is always ready to genuinely help! Even returns have been a breeze Everyone deserves a special shout out - the pro account employees, returns, the guys that helped me load and unload multiple heavy items! These guys know how to run a store!

                    Birdpoop, Salesman, Cramped Isles
                    This store has about 15lbs of birdpoop outside the pro entrance, you will get hassled by salesman, and there is so much inventory and in the aisles its hard to get around

                        I hate returning items to Home Depot
                        I had a return for some merchandise and was treated like a thief. Nick handled the return would not answer my questions. hard to believe someone working at HD would not know products. He asked me for my driver's license, but I do not know. The return was only $18.00. Nick made me feel like I should have stayed home. Sorry, Nick does not like working at Home Depot.

                            The good ole days.
                            A few years ago when I went to Home Depot to pick up some repair part/s I'd get an older guy that told me exactly what I needed, showed me where it was and some times added a extra info on how to do the job. The people in the store now (not all) hardly know what I'm talking about. Just bought a new washing machine and was pleasantly surprised to get a sales person who was really great and knew exactly what she was doing.

                                  Too many dogs
                                  This store is too crowded with people walking their dogs to get any efficient shopping done. The dog walkers think everyone is there to see their dogs and get rude when you’re just trying to get around them to buy something. I’m not sure why the store doubles as a dog park but it’s the worst.

                                    Friendly staff with Professional suggestions
                                    I recently purchased a house and want to change all door lockers and instill 5 window blinds. The staff clearly understood my needs, gave me professional recommendations. He also helped me pick up some tools that I definitely needed to complete my work. One thing important I want to point out is that he really cared about clients, as he repeatedly told me “ I will try to save your money”. He did suggest products with reasonable price for me to fit my personal needs.

                                        Great grill and great HD staff!
                                        Purchased a Weber Genesis S335, very happy with the purchase and the HD staff was very friendly and helpful. Even helped us put the item in our car. Great product and great people!

                                            Poor Customer Service
                                            I purchased two sets of washer and dryers for my new build. I received an email that a delivery was going to take place on 4-25-2025. My house is still being built, so I called HD "so called" Customer Service and a young lady made changes to ensure both deliveries were pushed to 5-20-2025. Later in the week, I receive another email, saying the product was going to deliver on the same date I had already changed. I called HD back-up and they assured me that I received the email in error and that all was correct. The next day I receive a call from a delivery driver trying to make the delivery. I explained to him that the delivery was changed and he said ok. I then received a message the next day stating that my order was cancelled. I called HD back-up and they gave me the run around, saying they could not reverse the cancellation as they only hold product at warehouse for 30 days. I was like, it has only been 3 days. Then they informed they could not contact the warehouse to see if my product was still there, because it was against their internal polices. So much for customer service. I called back the next day to speak to a Supervisor and she gave me the same run around and I had to reorder my product and now they can only deliver in mid-July. So I had to change the other delivery to that date as well and will, be without appliance for 2 months in my new home. To add insult to injury, she offered to take $500 off m y order and then charges me $1,000 more than I paid the first time, I was finally able to make her see her error and she said she would change it and make it right. I looked at my CC statement today and they credited me back $1,000 less, so I am still have over a $1,000 loss on my purchase and I am sure I will spend countless hours again trying to get this right. Worst customer service, by COUNTLESS Rep's and still not right.

                                                  Bulb frustration
                                                  After several attempts and invested time, Ken helped me find the correct bulb for a unique lamp I have. It seems so simple, but it wasn't! He explained several things about the watts, lumens, led versus incandescent, etc. Thank you for saving me additional trips and frustration. The bulb I went home with was the perfect fit and lighting I was looking for.

                                                    Carried a variety of sizes unlike other stores. Sales Associates were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient (and ours was a Vietnam veteran). Prices were competitive. Delivery availability was quick. Very satisfied.
