I am unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition. I was followed it off the store by a rude associate that said he is glad I'll never shop at this store again

My husband and I recently purchased a rental house. Unfortunately, the home was not in as good condition as we had originally believed. Due to a shortage of cash, we had to complete several jobs that we may not have been fully prepared to do. We met several great employees at this store that were willing to take the time to share knowledge with us on various projects. My husband and I are very grateful!

Red mulch at half the price of Ace and drive through lane to get it!

The visit to this Home Depot changed my day. The employees were all smiling, even though you couldn't physically see their smiles. I came to buy a tree, the quality and selection were great, I left with two. I left the store very pleased with my purchases and will be back next time I need to pick up my day! No really, you made my day better.

Special shout out and thank you to Home Deport Fort Collins. After quarantining for many days, I braved the retail world in order to purchase flowers to plant for my mom on Mother's day. The store felt safe and I was comfortable finding my items and completing the payment. Thank you to all the staff who wore masks and to everyone who kept a safe distance. This week I had two other retail experiences that left me fearful and worried. So grateful that I could get flowers, bring joy to my mom, and be safe!! Thank you Thank you!

I went to the Fort Collins HD to pick up a variety of supplies for a remodeling project. I needed electrical, tools, paint supplies, HVAC supplies and one staff member took the initiative to answer all of my questions and personally directed me the correct location for all of my items, saving me much time and effort. I would strongly recommend to HD store.

If in need of any appliances, see Jeff Bresson. This man is very knowledgeable about all appliances. Made my purchases EZ !!!

Great selection of items and employees always ask if you need assistance. I like that I can get in and out if I need to, or I can browse different possibilities. They are very nice to my dog, too.

If your in the market for new appliances I would highly recommend Jeff Bresson at this location. Had a great experience buying all new kitchen appliances, very knowledgeable. Explains everything and no pressure tactics.

This is my "go-to" store for tools, hardware, art supplies, paint, gardening equipment and plants, and even Christmas decorations. Very convenient, always clean and organized, with friendly and helpful employees.

Pro desk is the best. They have the skills and determination to get the job done well. Kelsay, Larry, Rick, Sap and Allison are the best of the best and as a team or individual, they always do a great job.

Great customer service

The employees are great. But the management is very poor and rude.

Karch did a great job in the paint department; I had a couple of small paint samples from my house that he matched very well! He had the expertise to adjust the mix for the right paint colors, and he really took the time to make sure I walked out with the correct paint!

Heidi in windows is wonderful! She’s knowledgeable and tremendously kind and friendly. She made ordering windows the best experience we have ever had, and we’ve ordered windows several times from numerous stores.

No prices posted on several items. Pro service desk monopolized personnel away from retail clients and retail checkout. Crowded aisles with products, not associates, some of which are not knowledgeable!

Jenn in kitchen design is really great! She's knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She went out of her way to help me make the best decisions for my kitchen upgrade.

Incredibly nice and knowledgeable staff. Got our blinds done here and it was painless (as much as it could be). Our staff member (Lauri) was fantastic. She was well versed in the products and if she didn’t know the answer to questions, she researched for us.

I recommend this store because Dan in flooring is the best person we have ever dealt with at any Home Depot. Dan is so knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I recommend he become a store manager....he is fabulous!

You won't find a more helpful group of employees. Rick in plumbing knows his stuff and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a problem. Ben in paint wanted to help me find the best product for my needs that worked with my budget. The head cashier made sure I had all the paperwork to get available rebates before I left. Porter in customer service/online pickup was thorough and friendly. This review is a culmination from several visits and I have been BLOWN AWAY by their customer service. I've changed my "go to" box store to one that is a little further away and cares about customers!
