Both Heather & Paul went above and beyond to help me find the right Christmas tree, and though it may not seem like such a task, it ment a lot to me. They even helped me load it and I didn’t have to ask, the customer support here is outstanding

I bought this step ladder on sale spending only $19.88 for a usual cost o $49.97 love those sales! It's heavy duty and the 3 steps allow me to reach locations for which I do not need anything taller.

...at Home Depot has mostly been pleasant because. being a casual do-it yourselfer , I have been helped by various employees of things I need to accomplish home projects. And,, the nice thing is, I could always return any things I did not use and got refunded.

This store has the most helpful and friendly staff around. They go out there way to help you and always thank you for stopping by. Since become a homeowner this has become one of my most go to stores and so glad that the staff is great.

Paul helped me out to the car and loaded my car. I will always shop Home Depot with service like that.

I have been to many HD stores in my lifetime but this is both the busiest and the most well stocked. Bravo to this home improvement team.

I was blown away at the friendliness and courtesy of the staff at this Home Depot. I must have had a "deer in the headlights" look because every employee I met in the store asked "Can I help you?"

If it wasn’t for Dave Z and Rich n Miyo my visit to that store would hav been terrible

Desiree was very customer service oriented as always. She went beyond her duty to do my return. As she attempted to do the return, the system kept showing errors, it would not allow her to proceed. She persisted, she called the Cape Coral store and together they figured out what the issue was. As a repeat customer, it's always good to have someone like Desiree at the store who is eager to help. Thank you Desiree.

This store always has the Ryobi brand power tools that I have come to depend on for working on my home projects. Eric in the power tool section is extremely knowledgeable about all the tools in that section is now my go-to associate for any of my needs in the tool section & actually the whole store.

Joe is your to go guy for plumbing knowledge . Friendly /knowledgeable / good sense of humor . Trust me I had a great experience .

This store has gone down hill fast with the growing community. It is nasty, run down and felt like I was the minority. A random guy tried to approach me in the parking lot selling cakes and pies. Do not go alone to this store and don’t bring your children.

My shopping experience was great due to a assistant store manager named Arnoldo helping me out with my project and going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my project.

Sometimes it is rare to have one employee be helpful on a trip. In this trip I had two people go above and beyond to help me. First in the back by the ladders and then up front at self-checkout. It was a very good experience.

Frank in landscaping made the whole purchase process of landscape pebbles easy. His attitude was great. He made me feel like he was glad to assist and not a burden.

Wonderful place to find your building and project needs, with a great customer service and variety of products, even though the time frame we are living right now were supplies are short, The Home Depot always has different options for you and wonderful and comparable prices. There are some prices that maybe lower, however that is the result of inflation. Good luck with that.

Just remodeled a home. We have been to this store 6 times in the last 2 weeks, and have found it to be the friendliest and most helpful store.

I have purchased a lot of items in this location over the past 6 months since I have purchased my home, how ever the associates are not really friendly they act as though they are doing your favor instead answering your questions. The store is not organized there pallets of merchandise all over the store not appealing but close to home so I go back.

I was shopping for work and needed 17 bags of mulch. The mulch was easy to access and close enough to the entrance so I didn’t need a helping hand and could take it all in one trip. Henrietta is what made my experience great at this location. She acknowledged me as soon as I came in and offered assistance. When I came around to check out she was there and offered to find someone to help me load my bags of mulch in my truck. It was very thoughtful of her because most of the time I have to just do it on my own. She had a great attitude and brightened up my morning! Make sure you keep her around, she’s the best!!

purchased about a month ago. was delivered to our home without issues. Price was great and customer service while choosing our product was above standard.

NO ONE to help! I asked for assistance and was told "not my department" 30 minutes later my step son and I climbed shelves to retrieve the items we needed.

We purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher & washer & dryer- experienced EXCELLENT service from Patti DeSalvo & Vince Cipriano - got great prices & 24 NO interest. Can't beat that- these were LG appliances
