Store manager helped me find special product during crowded store time. Helped with large product handling Picked up refuse at store entrance. Helped associate with my return, made this process easy

Specifically was shopping for a washer/dryer set and not only was an appliance sale going on, but the sales clerk, Peggy, was exceptional at her job! Knowledgeable and friendly!

David Greene is an outstanding employee. We had shopped every store selling appliances in our area and David was the very, very best to work with. The people we encountered in the other stores were just "clerks" and only helpful in you knew EXACTLY what you wanted.

I have shopped in this store for over 20 years since arriving in the Hilton Head area in 2001. It has always had exactly what I needed, from Paint, gardening supplies, ceiling fans, lighting, tools etc. The store has always been clean, well organized and has had people who were happy to answer my questions. I've saved a ton of money doing projects myself with the helpful people at Home Depot.

The appliance specialist, Steven Roberts, was very knowledgeable of the products in his department and eager to satisfy the customer. We were pleased with our appliance purchase.

Home Depot does not honor their military/veteran discount on Appliances. Not sure why when Lowe’s a few blocks east of them do with a smile. I will only buy appliance from Lowe’s from now on.

Samantha did a wonderful job helping me find a “needle in a haystack” at the store today. She was prompt, friendly and wouldn’t give up until we found the item I needed.

Thanks to the help of a wonderful associate, John Bliss, my questions were answered and my problem was solved. I will definitely be back and seeking him out.

Don't be put off by the switchboard at this store, the employees at the store are very good.

Only wish it was closer. Employees i've delt with have given helpful answers without telling me a life story and know the store well.

On line purchase for generator

Sales associate in appliances was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also visited and did business in paint dept. Ditto for them.

One of the associates was very helpful and kind. His name is Oneil Allensworth, he was great.

Don't go get a Christmas Tree from HD Bluffton if you'll need any assistance. Three employees. No help. Did it all on my own. Will not return.

Sometimes just one employee can mean the difference between a satisfying visit to a store and a forgettable experience. Today, Samantha, at Home Depot Hilton Head, was that difference-maker for us (and other customers who we witnessed interacting with this excellent helper!).

I find this store to be very customer friendly. Associates, for the most part, are knowledgeable and willing to assist when asked. Seem to go out of their way to offer assistance while at the same time respecting your right to browse on your own. Store seems to be well stocked, taking in to account current supply chain issues. In store signage very helpful when locating products. Store relatively clean and organized. I will definitely be shopping this store in the future.

Store employees are helpful and department supervisors now their product lines.

Always a good shopping experience whenever I am in need of supplies.today as I was shopping a store associate noticed that I walk with a severe limp and approached to ask if I needed a motorized cart to finish my errand.How refreshing to be noticed and asked if I needed the cart.Have never had that happen in any other supply store in all my experiences of shopping and found it to be very nice to be noticed and thought of as I shopped.Really would like to say what a great place to do business with and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future!Thank you Home Depot #1115,keep up the good work!!! As always was able to find what I needed and and enjoyed my time in this store.Always clean with plenty of friendly and knowledgeable help throughout the store if you need any assistance.

Terrible customer service. When they make a mistake they were very unapologetic. Asked for manager to call me back. Quoted a price and then after waiting a ridiculous amount of time to have an install of marble they called me back and said I owed an extra $1350.00. The woman who helped me couldn’t add up the Sq ft and was off. I measured my counter tops and she added incorrectly. Very angry. Will not shop there again!!!

the store had safety markers for distance due to the virus. I must say that your cashiers are very customer friendly. Oh ya your clearance items are marked to high at times (smile). I have been shopping at home when you first open in Savannah Ga. years ago.I will continue to shop

The store was clean, especially the bathroom. The associate at the flooring department (Samantha) was very friendly and helpful. I was able to find the products I was looking for easily. Overall my experience was very pleasant.

Cashier was sick and coughing during check out ! Other cashier told her that if she was sick she should go home.

The staff in the appliance department were very helpful. I did not have to go and search for someone to help me. They came to me, very helpful, yet not pushy at all.
