Products I needed were all in stock. Size of store is my thought. I believe a larger store would be a better service. Your associates were very nice and constantly asked if i could be helped. For its small size and large amount of customers the store is well managed.

In and out of the paint department in 20 minutes with a gallon of custom mixed paint.

store manaer came in on is day off,like undercover and help load my load into my truck.

tHIS IS THE SPRING AND THE IRRIGATION SECTION IS A MESS. YOU ARE OUT OF PRODUCT AND THE PLUMBING SUPPLIES ARE OUT OF STOCK AND NOT ORGANIZED. YOU CAN DISMISS THIS AS BEING BUSY BUT THE REAL EXCUSE IS YOU ARE NOT READY AND HAVE LOST BUSINESS. TAKE A LOOK AT PART SECTION (PLASTIC PARTS) FOR IRRIGATION. YOU WILL SOON REALIZE THAT NOONE HAS PAID ANY ATTENTION TO THIS. I KNOW PERSONLLY 5 PEOPLE HAVE LEFT AND HAVE GONE TO OTHER STORES.

I did my homework while shopping for my two storm doors and found the Salesperson, Kristen, in Hyannis to be more helpful and knowledgeable than the other 2 building supply places I checked out. Kristen was very patient with all my questions and just a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for doors or storm doors. She's a keeper!!!!

My return was painless and simple. I had a online order return that did not hold up to expectations . I would not be anxious re ordering online in future. Jo was very helpful and made experience relaxed and enjoyable.

We went to buy a chair, but to our surprise also found much-desired cilantro!

The store is huge and every time I go in there I find what I need. The prices are lower than my local hardware store and I do not mind driving the 6 miles to go there best to not go during the weekend because it is too crowded. The plants are top notch and there were a few unusual vegetables I bought just to see how they work. A special strawberry that is supposed to taste like pineapple. The plants were fresh and watered. In the hardware department they always have what I need. Paint department always has what I need. I will go there again.

The product we wanted was very accessible and allowed us to look over each similar product and compare the differences. We needed to replace our mailbox that had been damaged over the winter and we were very happy to find one that met all of our needs, looked attractive and was very functional and durable. We are thrilled to have a home depot in our area.

Store is always well stocked, the employees are very helpful and go out of their way to help find and suggest the best products available. The plumbing department and the door/window department have great help, very experienced.

I checked on the website for availability of what I needed. They had the exact item,which was easy to locate in the store. Associates were available,but since I knew the exact item and location I didn't require assistance

I needed assistance in the paint department and as usual no one was available. I left without completing my order. I will go to a paint store...

Of course we only have the one Home Depot on the Cape, so it is quite busy. But every aisle has obstacles that could be avoided, with better planning by store management. I am not sure if soend more time seeking a alternative route to my product aisle, or actually shopping.

I go to this store about once a week. While it is sometimes hard to find things in a store with so many items, I have yet to be disappointed with the store knowledge, courteousness and great attitude of the store staff. They are always helpful and willing to show you alternatives.

Found everything quickly that I was looking for with several associates smiling and asking if I needed help finding anything. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Best place to be on a rainy day!
