The employees are friendly and go above and beyond to help you out. It's a hometown hardware feel but with a big box store discount.

Store associated were friendly and very helpful.

This store always has what we need. We are building our own home ourselves and truly appreciate the helpful employees and great selection of products!

Ask for Bob. He's the only one there apparently who knows what he's doing. Had to ask for help in 3 different departments and every time they ended up sending Bob over to help me because nobody else knew what they were doing. Bob needs a raise.

ORDERED A SHOWER WAS NOT A STORE WHEN SUPPOSE TO BE NOW LOST IN TRANSIT.TRACKING SUCKS.TOOK 5 PEOPLE TO ORDER ME A LINEN CABINET.

I have always been treated respectful and professional in Jasper Home Depot Store until this visit. I was treated rudely and uncaring by an Afro American Home Depot employee. Still plan to go to Home Depot again as this is not what the store is about. The Afro American employee would not stop what he was doing with his job and made me feel small and insignificant. Double shame on the Afro American employee.

Great Store, easy to find items and Very helpful employees

If you need assistant ask for Ronald. He is a young man who takes customer service very seriously and does it with a smile. Was extremely helpful while I was in the store. Store was clean and all employees were friendly. One area of needed improvement would be to have items in stock out on the shelves so the customer can find them.

Don and Joseph were great at assisting me while I was picking out my appliances and helped me get the best bang for my buck! Very organized and pleasant to work with! Thank you gentleman!

This store is great. The associates were very friendly and helpful. I got my appliance I went for and the sales person was nice and explained the details of the washer. Very clean store and always stocked in what I'm looking for at reasonable prices! Highly recommenced this store to anyone. The Home Depot can't be beat.

These people really know how to accommodate you when your in a hurry on a Saturday morning. The had me loaded in last than two minutes after receiving order. I was most impressed with the two folks that loaded my mulch!

Jasper Home Depot is exceptional for customer service especially compared to large chain stores. The people on the floor have knowledge and go out of their way to help me when I have questions or they will just ask if I need help. This is not a review on a single experience, but is the norm. I probably visit this store at least once/week.

There are a lot of similar faces in the store. I have gone in there from everything to appliances, flooring, garden supplies, etc... I can always get expert help.

The Jasper IN garden section has the best flower selection around. Large variety and very healthly.

The store was neat & clean. The worker helping me was very considerate with me as I took awhile making up my mind & he helped with suggestions. His suggestion for one worked for me! The cashier was very helpful and friendly. I always shop here for all my home repair needs!!
