Great place for all your home and other's needs I love shopping at the Home Deport

Was looking for a tool in the hardware dept. and an employee by the name of Bill took the time to assist me in locating the item. He was polite, professional and was a pleasure to deal with.

This store is always pleasant to come to. Very easy to get around, clean and well organized. Many sales associates and many of them are always willing to help and greet you on first contact. There was one associate that stood out to me displaying exemplary customer service, kindness and patience. Cashier Kamira assisted me and answered all the final questions I had once I got to the register. She was very informative and I assured her the main reason I go to the upper east side location is because of that special customer service because when shopping in Home Depot everyone has questions even the pro construction guy. Thanks again Kamira at 980 3rd Avenue for everything that you do.

MY IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ...are you an employee that clean toilets at the airport? or mop that sheep floor areas? or a CEO at ....yes, customer service is one of Home Depot forte...in you next visit, just walk around and ask for help, look at employee's eyes, they are willing to help you and even chat with you on any subject but in a friendly way. On another subject, the store at Home Depot are so clean that the floors has a special shiny reflection when shopping/walking around. I have been shopping at Home Depot for the past several years and even in other locations (like Staten Island where I had a property). This location is fun to shop when I'm looking for garden items with lots to choose from! They also have very accomodating customer service! This store comes through when we have a project!!

Love having home depot so close to the job. I drop in early in the morning or later in the evening depending on my schedule, and its always a breeze in out no hassle.

Every visit gets better and better! From management, sales floor associates and check-out lanes (cashiers). The store is always stocked with everything you need, very clean and items are in place, neatly. All staff are welcoming, very polite and eager to assist. Staff is very informative about ALL products and appliances. This visit I purchased two air conditioners. Which by the way; are on SALE! I reached the check-out lane and was gestured to come over by a cashier named DALE. Didn’t have to wait in line, which I appreciate. She was so pleasant and eager to assist me. We talked, laughed and within three minutes, I was done! Talk about phenomenal customer service and speedy service. This location; Home Depot never lets me down! Kudos to everyone, everyone is doing a GREAT JOB!

Whenever I go to the Home Depot on Third Ave. and E. 59th St. in NYC the employees are pleasant and helpful. If someone doesn't know the answer to a question, they'll check with another associate to provide assistance. It's always a very pleasant experience in this store.

Great location, great variety of products, really good selection. This Home Depot is clean, friendly and accommodating to patrons. It has sufficient employees around to answer any inquiries. All of the people with whom I had the occasion to speak were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and went quite a bit out of their way to solve my issues/problems. Found everything for which I searched and I am not an easy person to satisfy because my choices are always unusual. I very much enjoyed the visit. I should mention that I was in a hurry and still enjoyed it!
