The store is always neat and clean. I have always been satisfied with the helpfulness and friendliness of the employees.

Went to Lowes first, they told me what isle to look in but didn't help me, couldn't find it, so went to Home Depot was helped took me to item.

employees hank and sally were very helpful. hank is a master gardener and gave me the correct information for my project. Sally made sure that we got the sale prices advertised in the store flyer and loaded items in our vehicle

We needed help and it did not take long to find someone, in fact they asked us before we could. She went out of her way to help us and check out was fast.

The store was COOL and it was so hot outside. WE got all the help we needed. especially from Sheryl who went the extra mile for us.

The personnel in this store are always exceptional. Willing to help in anyway at all times. We are always greeted at the door and always as we encounter any employee unless they are busy with another customer. The assistance we receive is exceptional. From the cashier to the managers, we have always been treated exceptionally well. We live approximately 75 miles between Mt. Home, Arkansas and Poplar Bluff, Missouri. We will choose to go to Mt. Home store each and every time because of the employees.

Store was clean, well lighted and the customer service was excellent! Product lines were well displayed. I was able to find what I wanted and had the items loaded by the staff. Tim (Store manager) has a well run store!

The Home Depot in Mountain Home Arkansas is really a beautiful store. The store is full of great merchandise, The prices of the products in the store are priced low. The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean and organized.

Employees very helpful with questions and recommendations. Did not have to search for help for 30 minutes, they were right there!

I needed an 18 volt Black and Decker battery. My other batteries are getting old and do not hold a charge very long. I was hoping to get a "deal" on the purchase of two batteries - no such luck. The associate I spoke with helped me find the battery I purchased. She was very nice and helped me look for the deal I was hoping for.

Greeted at entrance, friendly and efficient cashier, employees available through out store for assistance.

Employee typically go "out of their way" to achieve customer satisfaction. It's a great store to shop!

Have always had a good shopping experience here. being somewhat handicapped the employees are very helpful with lifting and loading. One time I had to return a large item that proved to have been damaged in shipment even though the original container had shown no signs of damage. I contacted a store employee on entering the store and he got a cart and unloaded it from our vehicle, got another down for us while we did the return and promptly loaded it for us after we opened it to make sure it did not nave the same problem. Always get the same employee response at this store.

Associate are mostly available and overly helpful when they are not needed. But when help is needed there is none to be found. Once again the social employment policy the top name retail chains implement for their employees backfires. The "part of a team" theory, used to govern the tasks an employee is given does not work. The associates their selves are helpful and knowledgeable. What position is missing from the "part of a team". One associate for 5 positions does not and will not work.

The staff at this store are always helpful & friendly. I shop here at least once a week and also frequent the local Lowe's store. My shopping experience is without question more positive at the Mtn. Home, AR Home Depot. Thumbs up to the management team & associates!

Good product selection and outstanding service. Basically we had used the web site to identify the product we were interested in but had many questions. All were answered, in detail, by Associate Mike Munch. And, he pointed out several features we were not aware of. Frankly, we spent more than we intended but are very satisfied with the value we received, and look forward to the delivery of our new appliances.

I was well pleased with the associate that helped me with my purchase. I needed something specific done and the associate knew what he was doing and did a fine job of it.

We had no problem finding everything. A store Associate met us at the door and walked us to what we were looking for. the next Associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about product. She then took us to the next Associate and she helped us with what we wanted and then checked us out and carried and loaded everything we had purchased. It was a very good experience.

Store associates are very friendly and most go out of there way to help you find what ever you are looking for. Some are really helpful and know a lot about their department.
