Well organized, very clean and safe environment. All staff was very helpful and friendly. All questions and concerns were taken care of promptly. My personal concern with this and other older stores is the location of the Public Restrooms. Older people with certain health issues require more frequent visits and this may shorten the shopping visits.

I entered the Home Depot with a little fear of the project ahead of me. I came out of the Home Depot ready to tackle the job. Which is now complete. Customer service was awesome - Thank You Joe!

The customer service was above and beyond what I expected. The associates I dealt with knew their merchandise and liked their job and the store they worked in. I walked out with exactly what I was looking for because of this.

Understaffed and unqualified to be helping customers. The majority of the associates do not know anything about home improvement at all. What happened to hiring people that knew what they were talking about? Individuals that used to be in the trades? Now it is just kids on their cell phones.

Store employees were helpful and friendly. Our shopping experience was wonderful start to finish. We especially want to send kudos to Pam who helped us while we were shopping for and then buying our new washer. She was so friendly and well informed.

I found the prices to be much better than other stores.

We have had some amazing help at the Mountain Home Home Depot! Hank, Debra, Cheryl! They were pleasant to work with. We came away from our shopping with a positive experience!

Great Customer Service

Friendly, and helpful staff willing to go above and beyond to help. I had the pleasure of having help from Dave. E in plumbing on selecting a bathroom vanity. Dave greeted me asking if I need any help. Which from 1st impression is very nice not to go asking/looking for help. As it can be frustrating at times when you can't find anyone. He took the time out to help me select the right one for my bathroom project. As well as loading it in my cart and making sure I didn't need anything else for my project. Faucet, Plumbing etc. Excellent customer service!!!

Clean store, well stocked and friendly employees

Very knowledgeable helpful staff

It's not really a bad store if you can find people on the floor when you require assistance. The problem is finding the people. When I go there I am usually in the middle of a project and want to get my items and get out of there. It doesn't make me want to go back when over half of my time there is spent looking for someone to help me. It always seems if I am in flooring and need to speak to someone, I may have to walk all the way over to lumber before I find an employee. This is unacceptable and I am about to take my business to the "blue" store.

Great store with great employees

While the store did not have as many Dishwasher models to choose from as your Competitor, it was easier to compare several models with little or no confusion. The Appliance Specialist at this store was extremely helpful.

I have been there twice and each time the department workers was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I needed. I would certainly go again.

The store always has someone at the entrance to direct me. Help is always around the corner. Even with the 10% veteran discount my husband gets at another home improvement store, I prefer to go to Home Depot and get the help I need quickly.

From start to finish, I had a great experience, The manager Nick, was amazing! I was ordering sub flooring, for a kitchen project, and Nick, made it easy, and he was very kind, and thoughtful. I hope everyone has a great experience, like I had. Thank you Home Depot Brenda Armstrong

I bought several expensive flashlights from here over 2 years ago. They quit working and i brought them back for exchange without reciep only to find they no longer offer same models. However the manager and associate both agreed to exchange them for new lights of a different brand just to help me and get me going again. Very nice very helpful. Thank you Mr Glen.

Super helpful and available staff!

I live in Koshkonong Missouri and travel to tbe mountain home Home Depot approximate 1-2 times a month. It is a round trip of over 140 miles and 3 hours. We prefer this location over the Springfield MO and Jonesboro AR locations because of people like Sarah our cashier and Mike M and Deanna. They were knowledgable, professional, friendly and personable. This location has always provided us with great, friendly and helpful service. Highly reccommed this Home Depot. Very genuine and personable people and great selection of items
