Found the product that I needed online. Called the store to confirm availability of that same product. Short wait time only using the automated service to get to the paint department but they picked up immediately. The associate put their hands on the product I wanted and held it for me until I came to pick it up the next morning. I literally was able to walk in straight to the paint counter, pick up the product, and proceed immediately to the check out. Does not get much easier that that! Thanks HD.

I love this store, shop here frequently for different products from mortar to sculpt with to wood, paint, lots of different mediums for my work as an artist. The selection is above good- many times it is great, and quite frequently I find new items that I have never seen before. I recommend this store highly to everyone. I know I will continue to shop here... Todays purchases included two large floor mirrors, thin-set, paint, etc. all for projects that I make myself to resell...Love my work, love Home Depot...

Associates helped with a plumbing dilemma using the photos I provided on my phone. They encouraged me and were confident I could do it! They made sure I understood what I needed to do. THANKS!

Looking for fencing. Walked to service desk and told we had to walk to the other end of store to contractor check out We are not contractors. The associate there didhelp us and we received an e-mail a bout the product.

Had to look for help. There were 4 associates together in the appliance dept. Once I let them know I needed assistance they were more than helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Overall a really good shopping experience. Items well displayed, employees helpful and I found everything I needed (and some things I didn't need but bought anyway).

Manager Allen was by far the most professional, courteous and helpful manager ever came across from Home Depot whether in San Diego or Hawaii. Mark was the most helpful and courteous cashier that we have ever dealt with. Will recommend to all about this store.

The store was very clean with lots of people shopping for Spring projects. I needed help in the flooring department because I have a difficult floor to cover. I was only in that department for a minute or two at most when a woman employee named Dee approached me...I visited the store to shop for vinyl for a small bathroom that carries lots of moisture. This employee showed me different samples of vinyl and the more we talked - she realized that vinyl was not going to be a good choice. She took me to a flooring product ( that floats) this flooring is gorgeous, wears well and only cost a little more than what I planned on paying. Without Dee, I would have purchased unsuitable flooring for this problem area and probably would have had to replace it very shortly...Thank you Dee and thank you Home Depot. P.S. I had stopped at the Menards before going to Home Depot and found the flooring department not even interested in helping me at all..

The associates at this Mount Pleasant Home Depot are very friendly and for the most part are pretty knowledgable of the products.

I can shop at any number of other suppliers that are closer to home, however I choose Home Depot when I do a major project because I can always count on the associates to give me sound advice and they always go up and beyond to help me with getting materials and even assisting in loading if I request it. The prices are in line with the other suppliers and the quality of the products are always good but the real difference again is the willingness of the associates to go above and beyond in providing good service and making the visit as easy as possible.

People excellent, prices, pretty darn good, a little less available than expected.

I like the fact that they are not constantly moving items around all the time. Every time I walk in I know where to go.

We love how knowledgeable and helpful the staff is at this store . That is the main reason we choose this over Menards, who chooses to hire young kids that are not very helpful. Never a bad experience at Home Depot, their employees really look like they are enjoying their jobs !

I was able to make a single purchase and store manager {Alan} was able to assist me with a will-call allowing me to drive 20 miles home to get my trailer and report back to quickly retrieve (50) pieces of lumber that I was not anticipating to purchase.

The availability of the staff was great. We were asked more than 5 times all by different employees if we needed any help. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I make frequent visits for supplies for DIY projects. On my last visit I was purchasing lumber I bought an entire bundle. When I returned home the wood in the middle was ALL COVERED in MOLD! I was highly disappointed and it was very inconvenient to have to make the trip all the way back.. so I ended up having to sand it off and it required extra cleaning and effort. I was not pleased!!

The store is well stocked, clean on the inside and the associates are willing to help and actually walk you to where you need to be.

I love shopping at Home Depot. I wish prices where lower so I could get more done on my Home :)
