Employee refused to scan military ID discount and made me go to my car to get my phone download app create account and enter my info a trip that should have been quick took forever for the lack of understanding and got an attitude when I told them it was put in by them yesterday and then he demanded who allowed that and to describe what they looked like and what part of check out super unprofessional

This home depot is one of the beat always has what I need in stock. Team members always helpful.

The gentleman I ordered my two exterior doors through was excellent! Great follow-up, took the time that was needed to get my doors custom-ordered, and when they came in they were perfect!

Bought a door recently from Home Depot that was excellent quality. Had to find the right hinges, along with some other items, and Tony was terrific. Super helpful and knowledgeable.

I am doing a tile job at my home and it was amazing to be able to have help getting the title and loading it. Tile is not light and they sure helped and bad it so I will forsure come back and pick Homedepot of any of the other stores!

I spoke with Keith, one of the managers, regarding a project for a local cub scouts group. He generously managed to donate all the lumber we needed, and also cut it for us at no cost. We very much appreciate this help. The first time that I called to ask for help, I was able to speak to Keith quickly; I didn't need to call back or wait long on the phone. He asked me to follow up with him by e-mail to give me the details of my request in writing, and he responded very quickly (less than 24 hrs). Several employees were very helpful. Luke (lumber) cut the wood for my project, and was very helpful and courteous over the phone. He completed the project promptly (earlier than I expected) and let me know it was ready. Matt and Mark likewise were very attentive and helpful the day I came. They helped me to find the additional supplies (screws, nails, goggles) that I needed and did so quickly and in a friendly manner. The whole experience could not have been more positive! I was very impressed.

Great products and am happy that they offer installation by local contractors.

We had a mixup on clear pricing and improper sku numbers. Kevin and RIN worked together and with us to make the necessary changes. They spent time explaining everything and made us feel like we they knew us.

I went online to buy a washer and dryer my payment did not go through. I received a call from one of the home depot staff and she was so helpful in getting my order placed and paid for.

Bad/Rude help at the customer service desk here in this store.

i went in with a service issue on a power nailer that kept jambing. i found that i was given the wrong nails for it. Ken did a great job helping me find another nailer (different brand) to get me on my way, all of this just before closing time.

Mark runs a great store, between shopping for my work and buying products for my 100 year old house makeover I am in this store 7 to 10 times a week. Everyone is always friendly and the things I am wanting to buy are well stocked. It's my go to store.

When I was unable to find a product on your shelf that showed 8 in inventory your associate took the time to find the product and contact me so that I could stop back and pick one up.

This store had exactly what we were looking for! The sales staff was great and we even got FREE delivery! We do not get that even from stores that are much closer to our home! They are extremely helpful and very accommodating to their customers! Will definitely be shopping here more often!!!

I love The Home Depot and the people they employee. I have never had a bad experience at any one of their stores. They always have someone there to help whether you need it or not. This particular Home Depot keeps helping me with projects around my home.

Excellent store. Well stocked and managed. Manager is on the floor and available. Associates ( long term) are not friendly. You have to overlook

Today on my lunch hour Connie in customer service was delightful and highly effective. She saw me standing near lawnmowers and asked if she could help me. She got other Associates to help move the heavy Honda lawnmower box to the cart and eventually unload it into my Honda CR-V. She said I could get $50 off the purchase price by opening and using a credit card account, so I did. Connie encouraged me to enjoy my new Honda lawnmower and beautiful day. I told Connie she is very good at what she does.

I would only recommend going to this store if you absolutely won’t need any help at all. If you think you may help getting something down or asking where something is you should go to a different store. When I asked for help, I got an attitude from the self checkout attendant even though I was not at all rude. This is the second time going to this Home Depot location that I’ve not been asked or given any help. Apparently I am invisible to all the staff. I will say though that the cashier named Logan was the only friendly employee and he actually asked if I needed help getting my osb out to my vehicle. At that point I was irate so I declined his help but I do appreciate him being the only one to offer.
