Very good place to shop for anything for the home and work. Very well kept and organized and clean.

Nobody helps you. One of the guy employees was very rude. And the restrooms were a mess. Toilet paper all over the floor.

Awesome experience at HomeDepot - I purchased a gas grill and the sales representative answered all my questions in a very professional manner.

Fast & friendly staff always ready to help with hardware needs. Keep up the excellent work!

This Home Depot is neat and clean. It is easy to maneuver with friendly employees there to help you. I was able to find all the items I was looking for as well as more. As an out-of-towner I would highly recommend this Home Depot.

I find the prices cheaper than the competition but not as nice choices. Returning purchases has gotten a lot harder and the people I dealt with very rude on occasion.

The store has readily available electric wheel chairs for those too handicap to get around without them. Hails are wide, clean and easy to get round in every corner of the store.

We went for some outdoor lights and found a great deal love going to this hope depot. Customer service is always great :)

Good store, apparently well run under Lisa's supervision. She completely supported her employee, Lucy Garcia, and was most personable and effective in dealing with me. Actually, I found this store more accommodating than some experiences I have had in the Houston area. I will likely stop by the Brownsville store whenever visiting family, whether I have any particular needs or not at the time. Thanks, Lucy and Lisa, for a wonderful shopping experience!

I've been visiting both stores since 2007, and yes have spent a pile of money making my home functional. Sonia is one person that always comes to mind for her Outstanding Assistance, but please know....there have been many many others and all with Fantastic results. Folks, I've visited your competitors and always come Home.....your prices are Not always the best....But your Store and Staff are. If you looking for tool at a good price and not in a bundle like another store starting with L, home depot is the place. When i went, i got the DeWalt tool i was looking for and needed. Also the price was discounted from $220+ to around $190 and they also honored my coupon for $25 off so i payed way less than online and other stores. The staff were helpful and not in a bad mood, the store was extremely clean one side and starts going down to fairly clean. Mostly due to small pair bins and so generally the part with large material and tool have wide spaces and are really clean and organized.

Sandra from the paint department was extremely pleasant and helpful this morning. I didn't have the color formula of what I was trying to match and she took the time to listen to what I was saying about the color I was looking for and helped me select the color that should match.
