The worker in garden area was terrible no customer service skills at all and I asked to speak to a manager he refused to call him he said the manager would say what he Is saying what a terrible experience don't know why they work there just the money I guess but we are the ones that bring in the money and we get treated like this if it was by commission they would not treat us like this

Only one to help me, electrictronic guy never whent

Came in to look for shower liner, one associate had no clue another one said she will bring someone no one showed up. Third a guy name marce pointed with his finger to what aisle, instead of taking me to product. I told him can you cut it he said no. That he wasn't certified to cut shower liner. I was like you don't need certification to cut it with a ox cutter and write the item number. He said only the plumbing associate can do it. Very mad service from marce associate. Is that what customer experience is? Is this the kind of employee who can make this store better? If your answer no the definetly he needs to be coached for this not to happen again.

Customer service was great in paint section by associate Elisa. Manager Edward was talked to about Elisa and was very professional and had great communication.

Worst customer service ever in the return dept. Employees don’t know their own policies. One employee (RITA) told me one thing and (ANDREA) told me another thing. I live 30 min awaaay!!!! for them to tell me I couldn’t do my purchase with my social since I didn’t have my card. The manager (DEYA) also didn’t know how to respond to Customer service. That explains how these employees are no good either. Home depot… please hire people who are dedicated to their job. No employee wants to help customers put in the hall way either. The Cashier changed my entire day, I was feeling rotten because my trailer had sprung many leaks, and i was buying supplies to fix it. She was very compassionate and took a moment of her time to talk to me. I felt so much better and was so thankful. Most people would never do this, but apparently home depot chooses the right people to man their staff. I was seriously so thankful for her help that i went back later that day and bought some sunglasses.. Thank you home depot and Alessandra

The associate Jose very friendly and explained about the product.Very hard working employee.

The store was organized and shelves clean. I was able to find the product with ease. It was easy to assemble. It came with battery and charger. It's easy to use. I recommend this store.

Due to only having 2 Home Depot stores in our city, I do recommend this store. I don't recommend or appreciate the lack of staff in either store. Some people like walking thru all the isles looking at all the stuff you have, I, unfortunately, am not one of them. I end up wasting more of my time looking for what I need than I'd like to because there's usually only a few (3-4) employees to be found. Thank goodness for the isle markers-they help!

The only thing I got to say is customer service is good was great the person that help me name is Mario in the truck rental department and he was very helpful he went above and beyond to help me so you guys need to give them a raise raise

Mario at the rental section was very helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help his customers. The gentleman at the paint department was also helpful. I didn't get his name though.

Employees are always friendly as soon as you walk in the door, great management .Edward always courteous helpful, Edith without a doubt one of the friendliest,Pamela always making you fell welcome, and not to mention the rest of the employees a 10 in service,rental tools also great employees Mario always with a smile and ready to help
