I have been going to this location for years and I can honestly say that I've experience great customer service, when needed each and every time. It's easy to find what you are looking for but if you have questions or doubts - an associate will help right away. The employees are very friendly and attentive to what you need. Very customer oriented and knowledgeable. The store is clean. No complaints.

Found what I needed in 5 minutes, got to the register and the barcode pulled up the wrong price and item amount... Penny(cashier and all around funny/nice lady) talked to Clinton(dept manager, I think) 3 or 4 times on the phone to try to figure this out. It took 15 minutes or so, but they solved the issue & even gave me a discount! Penny needs commendation... & I think I will be back for a lawn tractor . Thanks Penny & Clinton. Full disclosure... my total was just under $25 ...but they helped me anyway

Dr.lee was at the register when I went to leave with my purchase. He was very captivating and engaging and brightened my day more than I thought I would get out of the trip to Home Depot.

Attempted to purchase appliances, Samsung. Delivery scheduled for March 1st, vendor rescheduled for March 8th items on Back order. They scheduled delivery for the 16th but never called for delivery. I went into the store to speak with the specialist who gave me a delivery date of the 18th. Please be patient and lets see if they call. No Call. I went back into the store for resolution 22 days after the purchase, 19 days after the original scheduled delivery date. No resolution after 1.5 hours of discussing what to do about the situation. Expected Home Depot to make it right. Left with NO appliance order.

Clean and well laid out store, employees friendly and helpful. Item I was in need of was in stock as shown on the HD website unlike my regular store on Hwy 78 (which I won't be shopping at anymore) this is my new go to HD even though it is further from my home.
