My wife and I had a great experience with the help of Appliance Specialist Jeannie Rudinsky. We were there to look for new appliances for our kitchen and Jeannie was a fantastic resource. She spent lots of time with us without making us feel rushed and helped us evaluate our needs. We had done our homework and the pricing for the merchandise was very reasonable. We walked ended up purchasing all of our appliance at this store and were very happy about the experience.

well stocked, friendly, helpful staff. If only they would remove all the junk and displays in the aisles so I can actually walk up and down the aisles It would be a perfect store.

Items in the store are well stocked, employees are keeping the floors and shelves neat and properly stocked, plenty of parking and the check-out is quick and efficient.

This store is convenient, the employees are helpful and I can find the items I went in to purchase easily.

Lack of help at the self checkout register . Register required my license for a hammer I was buying the 3 staff members were too busy screwing around to help. Eventually was joined by a 4 employee that also stood there and did nothing but block my exit.

Store well stocked with plenty of sales. Stuff and cashiers very friendly.

I was in this store 8/3 no one was around to help me. The 2x4 on the bottom shelf were all scattered and bad wood, I had to reach up very high to get a good piece, the other end came down and smashed me in the face I was bleeding and crying and no one would help me an employee walked right past me I asked my nephew to get help at the register which was close, about five workers were there no one came to help after asking, I finally when I could see went to ask for help and they looked annoyed that I was injured will never shop at the Newton store due to the inhumane treatment of other humans my face was so injured I had a cat scan and was left with severe bruising for my vacation on my face!

Very clean place, easy to find products since there in right place and usually on stock!! Workers friendly and always offer help!! We bought lots of paint , very patient and helpful people! Love to buy plants and they for sure have more than Lowe’s .

Nice low key store. Crystal at the pro desk is extremely good at her job & very helpful.

Fairly big place. Easily accesible and customer service is amazing. Highly suggest thos homedepot if in the area.

I have been going to this store since it opened and have done most of my home projects with their products and have never been disappointed.

Customer service could be improved. Also management should be more qualified to work with customers.

I was there over the holiday weekend trying to purchase a dishwasher. Several times I went early in the morning to beat the crowds and still there was no one in the department to help. I was told that people called out so the store was short handed. First of all when it's a holiday and the store is having a big sale the store should make sure they have enough staff to cover in case people call out. The first visit there Will tried to help me but he was not really working in that department. The next three visits I was helped twice by Anthony who worked in Kitchen Design. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different features. Upon my last visit I was assisted by Pauline who helped me finally purchase my dishwasher. Some of the employees not all of them feel they are be disturbed when asked a question. Like I said only Will, Anthony, Pauline and I forgot to mention Maryann assisted me on the multiple days I went to the store. I had an issue with an over charge and Joe the manager resolved it for me. He also, was very nice too which I appreciated. Hopefully, the store acknowledges the employees and manager that I mentioned. Good employees should be appreciated and recognized for a job well done.

Stan in the paint department was so helpful with the questions we had regarding staining our deck!

The store was very clean, and local. Did not have to travel far to get there. Easy to navigate and people were nice employees.

This is our favorite home/farm fixer upper store. They always have everything we need. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is neat, clean and well organized.

Yesterday we placed an order in our Home Depot #0984 for shades- order #WA15457997 with the help of Mark, the floor manager. He was very helpful and professional. Do not lose this man. Thank you, Andreas Loizides

Store is well-stocked; plenty of associates for Saturday afternoon. HOWEVER, many registers were closed or broken and it took far TOO long to checkout.

The lady Deborah was easy to find and very helpful. She also rang up our order and directed us where to pick up our order. They also had the order in stock. We got in there and out quickly, very satisfied with our visit today. All the employees today were friendly and helpful.

Home Depot in Newton, N.J. always has everything we need and at a good price. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend. I have had the excellent help over and over in the paint department, electrical, plumbing, tool rental and check out.

I love the cleanliness, organization, attention, and friendliness this store always has. Very good Management.

The store was super clean I was able to find what I needed quickly and the checkout process was quick.

The floor staff are extremely helpful. It is refreshing to know you can call on one and they will go out of their way to direct you to the right person or section. One specific gentleman (Lighting Dept) even went into his handheld device and told us when the items we were looking for would be in the store. This saved us some traveling back and forth. Thank you! Checking out is another issue. They do need more cashiers. Half the time the self check out registers are down.

Exremely helpful employees for the handyman around the home , Well stocked shelves and the products I find to be first class matieral. Store is very clean and when I asked for assistance the employee actually brought me to the item I needed. Thank you very much. Frank Saracino
