Yes, the Hackettstown store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to order your kit.

Above and Beyond

Absolutely Horrible Service

Horrible experience. NO, None Nothing. No customer service. Had to look for help. Nasty Customer service agent, No carts, No loaders. NO HELP!! The worst visit to any store ever!. I have NEVER complained however this one has earned my ire. I want to hear from a manager or someone to address this issue in your business.

Great Service

Associates are always smiling, they always say hello when I walk in and when I can’t find somthing, they are quick to help. Briana from the cashier department is always so nice! Ed the store manager is pretty helpful. Although Mary from the cashiers is the all time best! Home Depot should be proud to have Mary and definitely give her a raise! Some of my favorite faces to see are Becky, Dan, Mary, Heather and Briana!

Not so good

I’ve been shopping here plenty of times before, on the 13th of April I was there with my husband looking for a grill. The two associates in the garden department were helping us find a grill. Which they said there was 4 in stock. They stopped looking after One isle and told us to go home. The next day we were on the website looking at it and it told us the isle and location. We went back and found it ourselves. Now my husband and I are no spring chickens. I’m in my 70’s and he’s in his 80’s. While getting someone to help us two associates walked right by us struggling to get it on our cart.
