I'm always happy to shop at this store everyone is always helpful and always says hi

I love the Victorville NW #1844 location. The store is always clean and stocked to where I can find anything I'm shopping for. I am a service and repair plumber and used to shopping @ specialty plumbing shops, Surprisingly this location has all the same products or equivalent but at a cheaper price.

STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WE ARE ALWAYS GREATED

Went to buy replacement water and freezer hoses for my refrigerator. The staff was very helpful and respectful. I especially liked the friendly advice I received concerning parts I needed. Also the store was clean and well lit. Cashiers were friendly and didn't take long at all to check out. I would definitely recommend this store.

Freddie, Dom, Sheila and Amy M., are excellent employees of this store. The rest of the store employees that we had dealings with are rude and disrespectful. We believe that Freddie went above and beyond the call of duty.

Please stock your vegetable and herbs in six packs. I was told by the clerk that the delvery of vegetables & herbs has been cut back to one delivery per week, instead of twice. Growing vegetables and herbs in the High Desert can be accomplished thru October.

I asked about a quality dog chain an the Clerk immediately told me what isle and called a person over to that area to help me. Two showed up. Can you believe it?

The store was very clean and ecerything was very organized. The associates arealways available and eager to help. Feels like old hometown hardware store ....they call me by my name, since I am always in there looking and buying things.

An employee by the name of Tyler with a Marvin the Martian drawn into his apron knows the true meaning of quality service. This young man went above and beyond to helped me find all my needs during closing time. Tyler also contacted Customer Service and verified a specific question that had me in doubt. Overall the experience had my visit very pleasant after spending over $1,000.00

No knowledgeable employees in Garden Dept. for Questions. Only Cashier open is at the commercial checkout. Self check out has employees standing around, getting paid watching customers check themselves out.

We go to Home Depot because the employees are always helpful, the store is clean, and items are accessible. The garden department has a good variety of plants for every time of the season.

The store associate went above and beyond to find out the information I needed for what I purchased.

I went in to get an extension for a vent duct for a water heater, I wasn't exactly sure the best/most cost effective way to get what I needed. An associate near the water heaters (I wish I could remember his name!) saw me looking and came to offer assistance without me even having to ask. He knew exactly what I needed right away, and got it for me... at a cost of only $4. He didn't try to convince me of a more expensive route, or sell me anything else. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. My cashier (Evelyn) was also very nice, efficient, and had a smile on her face the whole time. I dont usually write reviews, but it was a great visit! Very highly recommend this Home Depot!
