I attempted to find the unusual items I needed on my own but could not find them. After about 20 minutes of looking for them myself, I sought help from a female employee. She was extremely helpful as we walked around several aisles until we came on them. Very nice lady

It is very difficult to get an employee to help you. 80% of the time one has to wait about 5-10 minutes or sometimes no one will show up to help. You have to go with someone that knows about the things you need because finding help is difficult.

Customer Service in return line needs to be retrained in customers returning items bought at any and especially the store in Highland san bernardino store . Even the manager could not remedy the return done on 9-23-19 at 0700 am. I had to call the retail equation number for them to tell them how to get them to take back the merchandise . What a waste of time . Retrain your staff home depot . This visit was a waste of my time .
