Usually I give Oak Ridge store a 5 rating, this 3 is for this one day only. The lack of enough employees is a problem, I have always had great service here, the employees are always willing to help and very friendly,

Helen and Robin at the Pro Desk were so friendly when I was in the store today. When I checked out, Helen (who knew that I had recently broken my arm), had JP push my cart out to my car and put my purchase in the truck for me. The staff at the Pro Desk are always so nice, and professional. They make me feel like a valued customer.

I am in the Oak Ridge Home Depot sometimes several times a day. The staff at the Pro Desk, especially Carl, Helen, Kim, and Robin are always friendly, professional, and do a great job of checking people out quickly and efficiently. I enjoy working with all of them.

I am at the Oak Ridge, TN store at least once a week, There has never been a time when the employees haven't been courteous and helpful.

Associates very helpful in what I needed with parts and explaining how to do the job at hand did not over complicate anything or try to push a sale but rather asked questions and suggest what i needed without pressuring me since I was on a tight budget

The employees at this store make it a pleasure to shop there. I especially appreciate the employees at the Pro Desk - Carl, Helen, Robyn, Kimberly, and Roger. They never fail o make me feel like a valued customer.

Shawn deserves five stars! So here they are: ☆☆☆☆ !! Shawn, whom I assume manages the appliance department, went above and beyond my expectations regarding his experiene with refrigerators and built a great relationship with us while we went through this process of replacing our 15 year old refrigerator that broke down the same day. Made me feel like I was proud I could fix this situation for my dad and I. Shawn, I am glad I ran into you and look forward to buying from you again.

This store is always neat and orderly and the clerks are right there when you need assistance. I like to just roam around the store and there is always someone asking if I need assistance as I look around. I like it. very friendly folks.

The Home Depot flooring department are the best at addressing the concerns of customers in my opinion based on shopping experiences at other flooring stores. They know their product and it shows in conversations with them. They also were good at helping me stay within my budget when I mentioned my limitations.

I almost always check out at the Pro Desk, because I know that, no matter how busy they are, the employees there will always be friendly and professional. It is a pleasure to work with Helen, Carl, Kim, Robin, and Roger. They always make me feel like a valued customer.

I am often in the Oak Ridge Home Depot several times a week. I make a point of checking out at the Pro Desk, because the employees there are always friendly and professional. Helen, Carl, Robin, and Kim are a pleasure to work with.

A store employee went way above there job to see to it that i had the paint i need the selfe was empty. She told me to look a round she was postive she could help me. With 5 min. She came out with the can i needed THANK YOU

Everyone is really helpful and we have gotten to know them. We came to TN and bought a house in Clinton which was not finished and are trying to finish it. So we appreciate all the help we can get.
