Great employees!! Great help!
Todd, Customer service representative spent 45 minutes with us, trying to help us with the order of several pallets of laminate, that we couldn’t place online because of an error it was giving us.
Todd tried all the options available and he even called the store Manager in order to help us apply our military discount to the order.
We are super grateful to Todd! He knew what he was doing, was super confident, attentive and patient. the best experience we’ve had at Home Depot for years!

We needed to purchase a washer dryer set.
During our visit, we were fortunate to be healed by Stephen Cheatham. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. We made the purchase and scheduled the delivery all within a very few minutes. Working with Stephen was like working with a friend. He is amazing!

Home Depot Customer Service
Cole at the Pro Desk and Tiffany at the Service Desk offered great customer service. We are in Home Depot almost every week, and they were very helpful with our large purchase and our Pro account. They were both very efficient and never got frustrated even though the pen pad locked up two times.

Great customer service
Greeted upon entering store. It was nice to find a clerk to answer questions and help locate the items. Found a ceiling fan, extented pole, microfiber ceiling fan duster.It works great by Quickie.

Great products! Great price! Knowledgeable people!
We needed to purchase a new range and although we shopped around we came back to the Home Depot on Schafer Road in Knoxville. We found a better variety of ranges at competitive prices. Steven Cheatham answered all of our questions and suggested applying for a Home Depot credit card which saved us $100!
