We shopped in the Oak Ridge store, five times in three days. The store was stocked, and personnel were helpful. We made purchases in lighting, paint, and electrical. For all three departments, service persons were great help in finding right product for our remodeling job. Could not ask for better service.

Ronnie in appliances and plumbing helped us out tremendously with our purchase and delivery. Also, Brandy upfront helped us to set-up a line of credit quickly and checked us out with great customer service.

The associates at this store are all friendly and helpful, but the best are the associates at the Pro Desk: Carl, Helen, Kimberly, Robin, and Ash are always friendly and helpful. No matter how busy they are, they always take time to acknowledge arriving customers, answer any questions, and they manage to get large orders checked out efficiently, and with good humor, even when they are really busy.

Shop here all the time and experience is most always positive. Understanding that they cannot stock a plethora of products by many different manufacturers I am quite disappointed with the offering of only one brand of wheel barrel inner tube. I have purchased tubes twice and the quality is horrible as they have failed me. I had been very careful in the installations and feel confident the failures have been in manufacture. I would pay more for a higher quality. Otherwise great store.

Great store, drove from Crossville, Tn, 63 miles one way. Had a great salesperson to help us and left with everything to be delivered free of charge to our home. Will definately visit again, wish we had a The Home Depot in Crossville, hopefully "COMING SOON"!!! Thank you Michele Taylor for a great experience!!!

The employees at this store, especially at the Pro Desk, are always very helpful, and make me feel like a valued customer. No matter how busy they are, Carl, Helen, Robin, Kimberly, Ashwin and the others at the Pro Desk are always friendly and professional. I know I can count on them to answer any questions I have.

Great, except for the fact that Home Depot no longer carries Ryobi 12 volt lithium ion batteries in store. I need those batteries to be close by when one of mine dies.

The employees at this store are always helpful. I especially like dealing with the staff at the Pro Desk, Carl, Helen, Kimberly, Robin, Ash, and Cameron. Also, the Service Desk, especially Joy, was particularly helpful. Even when these department are really busy, they make each customer feel appreciated. Mike, the manager, should be commended for the high quality of employees he has.

The people working in the Oak Ridge store treat you like family...family that they like... I've never had a bad experience there and would recommend this store to ANYONE that needs supplies. From the floor help to the cashiers...they all do a wonderful job!

Carl and Helen at the Pro Desk are the BEST! They should be commended for a job well done. When I was in the other day, they were the only ones there, their printer wasn't working, they had a long line of customers, both waiting to be checked out, and standing at the desk needing help, yet both remained cheerful and professional. They are always a pleasure to work with.

The employees were professional and helpful, and the description was located on the ends of the aisles.

I called The Home Depot today and asked them to hold a specific smoker for me for my husband for our anniversary. The person that answered the phone said he would be glad to and I could pick it up at the Service Desk. When I got to the store Wayne helped me and the smoker was right where they told me it would be. Wayne was very kind and attentive. He rang up my total and asked if he could load it in my vehicle for me, which he did, and was very glad to do so. As I started to leave he said "Thank you and come back." It's been a long time since I've heard that phrase. It was obvious to me that he appreciated my business and I will definitely return to Home Depot for my needs.

No task is too small for the associates to offer help. They are very friendly and answer questions from all shoppers even curious children. The bathroom is always clean and they have wonderful workshops! If you notice an issue and alert an associate they respond immediately.

I have had extensive visits and purchases from the Oak Ridge Home Depot lately and all my dealing with them have been excellent!!!!!!! First I had to have a new roof. Then a new bathroom. Will need many more things before the remodel is complete and I expect to continue using Home Depot for all my Home Repair and Remodel need. I'm pleased with this Store!!!!!

The associate that waited on me was knowledgeable and explained everything. It was a pleasant visit.

my was experience at this store was excellent, as it has been in both our area stores, the store was clean, all the employees i encountered, was very helpful, even in directing to another register with only one person in line before me, the things i needed was easy to find. overall, i m very impressed with everything about home depot!

The associates here are NOT very friendly in helping you. I called in a large order for lumber early in the morning and got there and nobody had even pulled it and had to wait over an hour. Also trying to get help is a waste of time and not very friendly there. I had a lady named Robin in Pro Xtra dept. that was extremely helpful and very nice. She was probably the ONLY reason I did not leave and go to Lowes!!

Too much clutter. No associates attending the function of the store or customer assistance.
