This store is excellent from the lighting to the cleanliness to the organization to the store personnel!

What I was looking for for was not in the place I originally saw the item. A sales person noticed I was looking for something so he put the items he was restocking down, and came over and ask how things were going. When I told him what I was looking for he, walked me to where the item was at, and didn't leave until I found what I was looking for.

This store has very friendly eager to help..This survey is more difficult than going to the store

Customer service is generally very wonderful to work with in helping with what you need. The displays are generally very well set and pleasant in nature. The only problem I have generally found is finding a display of a product you need that is either out of stock or a display for a product shows an item you need but they do not carry that item anymore.

Be wary when you receive a carpet measurement. A lot of wasted carpet is ordered unless you specify you want a seam. There are hidden costs not talked about like old carpet removal etc. these costs add up.

It's refreshing when young adults, like Kelly and Kelsie, go out of their way to extend kindness, courtesy, and knowledge of the pros and cons of the different options I needed to consider prior to my selection of a stairway gate appropriate for my needs. They also offered (without my asking) to load my vehicle for me. Throughout the store today, I was greeted by associates who offered assistance in my finding the gates that could be appropriate to my needs.

ordered retaining wall stones and gravel online. Easy pick-up in store. Everythin on a pallet when I arrived, and they fork-lifted into my truck. Easy as pie!

I visit this store on a fairly regular basis to get PVC and plumbing supplies for work. I have been so impressed by the customer service at this location, especially from Jeremy in Plumbing. He is very knowledgeable, knows exactly what products I will need to complete a job, and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. Today he helped me carry some items to the register after I forgot to grab a cart. I always look for him at the store because I know he can help me!!!!

The store was orderly and the personnel helpful and cooperative helping me place an order for pick up the following morning. The order was found complete and associates readily assisted in loading the order placed the day before.

I purchased 2 bottles of propane, then discovered that the kiosk wasn't working. I had to go back inside, wait in line, show my receipt, then wait for 2 phone calls, when finally an employee went to the kiosk to check it out. When I met him outside, he turned and quickly walked back inside, made a phone call, then greeted me afterward, saying that he couldn't find the person with the key to the propane cage. After a few more minutes of waiting, he returned back outside where I was waiting, then unplugged the kiosk machine, unlocked the propane cage, and loaded my 2 bottles of full propane canisters onto my truck, which was sitting only a few feet away.

I always know where to expect to find the products I'm looking for. I'm always greeted with a smile when encountering an associate.

The store is pretty well organized and the prices are usually very fair. I highly recommend Associate Randy usually located in the lumber dept. for any assistance. If he is unavailable he will make sure that you are in good hands with another associate that should be more than knowledgeable to assist you with your needs and give you a good home depot experience which will leave you smiling as you go finish your project whether at home or the job site.

Bill knows what he is doing. That's important to me.

This store has a lot of items available and the salespeople are very nice and helpful.

Steve, in the lumber/decking department, was very helpful. He was courteous, competent and cheerful in his work (a rare find these days). Inocencia, cashier, was both personable and professional, making me feel like a valued customer without delaying the check-out process.

I was looking for a very small, specific item. After walking around the store for several minutes, I found an associate. He looked busy, but was very polite and knew exactly what I was talking about when I described what I was looking for.

We have been working on a basement restoration project for about 10 weeks and have visited our Home Depot store at Strang Line a couple times a week as we progress to different stages of our project. The staff are the best feature of your store. They are available and very knowledgeable in their areas and willing to share their advice as well as product information.

There is a comfortable zone to see and enjoy around.
