First associate knew where the item was that I wanted

I stopped by for some garden supplies ... found the service to be available, knowledgeable, and ready to assist right up to loading my SUV. The prices, quality, selection of plant and supplies beat the local competition. Why bother stopping anywhere else?

I love that I can get an email of all my transactions

For years I went to Lowes and very few times I received help finding products. My wife started going to Home Depot to buy Behr paint that she used in the past. I never realized how much the associates at Home Depot were all ways there for you. To walk into a store and receive help within minutes is very rare and to be helped with respect means a lot to me. As the golden years have caught up with me I find that I need all the help I can get. Home Depot is the only place I will go to now for anything that I need.

Went in looking for screening and tile. Found the screening, got information on tile.

I have been in this store several times since I moved her ion June 2015. Found this store to be very good at customer service which to me is the most important part of making the sale of a product whether big or small.

Everything is easy to find ,because the excellent customer service. I went with a big project in mind, I asked few questions and right away good answers and they help me . Thanks to Elmer, my hero in the store, Ruben with the awesome job and Maria to help me in my check out and get my home depot credit card. Brian for the delivery (sorry I forget the other guy name). I have to mention names ,because they deserve the credit. I live close to 2 another Home Depot and I drive all the way to Oviedo, because they can help me in any project. They honor You can do it,we can help.

I admit I shop at both Lowe's and Home Depot, often depending on logistics, but often when I take the time to compare products and value (not prices) I'm better served at Home Depot.

Shopping experience is great! The Sales Associates are so friendly and helpful. The mobile app is great and pops up on my phone when I go inside the store. Prices are decent and quality of items are good. Self checkout is great!

Returning equipment to rental center I was treated poorly by associate. Tried to inform him of issues with equipment, to which he offered no apology but chastised me for not calling them. I was only trying to see that the equipment was ready for the next guy that rented it. I usually don't take time to fill these things out but this guy ruined my morning. Last time I rent from this store.

The store associate was great! My water filter had been marked incorrectly on self. He noticed it , checked it on line and the walked me to checkouts to make sure I was happy!! CUSTOMER SERVICE.....YES!!!!!!!

Staff were great friendly and very helpful. This is not the closest hardware store too me I go past Lowes to get to Home Depot
