What's part of the 2026 Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale?
The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden as well as outdoor power equipment, then update your grill and patio furniture so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.
How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?
Make certain your home is set for springtime weather changes by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. On the exterior of your home, examine shingles or metal roofing for rust or damage that may let water leak inside. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If water gets in the cracks, you might be looking at trouble.
Do you have moving boxes?
Make storage or moving easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those, too.
Is it good to have a generator at home?
Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or tornados, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators are more expensive than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.
Why should I get a doorbell camera?
Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window or peephole when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
