Great store, always have what I am looking for. Store is alway clean and the associates vry helpful.

Great service at this store from all employees . Not once in 30 years have I run into any employee that wasn't friendly and efficient .

I have found all the sales associates at this store to be friendly and helpful on the several visits I have made here since I moved to the area. On at least two occasions employees have gone above and beyond in assisting me.

As usual Skip, Brian, and Paul were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The problem I have with ur store is the automated checkouts. NO CASHIER CHECKOUTS PERIOD. I find it an abomination that you do this. If I wanted to ring stuff up I’d get a job at a retail store, obviously not yours, and do it for fun.

Came in looking for circuit breakers and electrical outlet boxes. Went on two separate occasions, both met with very unhelpful and rude staff. Charlie in electrical was very apathetic, did not have any suggestions, and just had a very indifferent attitude the entire time we spoke with him. Fariba was also rude when I asked her about electrical outlet boxes and the first things out of her mouth were "I don't work in electrical." Um, as a customer I don't know which department you belong in but you're apparently in the electrical aisle so I'm just going to ask. Answering a customer's question with "I don't work in [insert department]" shows that you are not interested in helping a customer in your store unless it's your specific department. You do know you can try and help the customer find someone who CAN help them right? This store seriously requires more customer service training.

The guy in the paint department is awesome. He is the only one I've found to custom color match my paint and get it right. I only come to this store when custom color matching my paint.

The store made a big mistake by eliminating all the cashiers and offering only self checkout. By doing this the store is not considering the difficulty that it is for the elders.

Employees always greet you and ask if you need assistance finding items. The store is clean and I usually get through the check-out lanes quickly.

Susan from Kitchens and baths was wonderful. I was shopping on line for in store pick up and was told I would have to call the store to check if this item was in stock and I was helped by Susan and she was awesome and handled it all for me over the phone, she made my day!!

This Home Depot store has gone to 100% self checkout. Not very customer friendly.

Ive shopped at other places and this store always has what i need and everything is in the same place here. Love this store. only negative thing is new mostly self check out.

CLEAN, FRIENDLY, AND EFFECIENT.

Christian was a super helpful employee. I hate returning things (especially when I have misplaced the receipt). He was super friendly about the return and was able to simply scan my debit card so he could process the return without a problem. He is an efficient and enthusiastic employee. Angie Lindsey / Appliance Specialist was very friendly and helpful with assisting me to choose between two brands of kitchen appliances I was interested it purchasing. I purchased the four piece kitchen package with the best options. Added bonus was the 24 months interest free.

I'm not in this store often, but when I am Jennifer at the Pro register is always cordial, smiling, and professional, a real bright spot in the store.

Three store associates made my day on a busy Saturday. Ben, Todd and Dee were exceptional, professional and the friendliest people that I felt as if I was the only perso in the store as I shopped for a Weber Grill. Thank you, I will be back to shop and say "hello!"
