I returned some fencing after we changed our mind about using it for our landscaping project. Marjorie in customer service returns processed our transaction and was very customer oriented. We had no receipt and she just cheerfully took the time to look it up based on our card transaction. She was kind and assured me it was no problem and the return payment posted right back to my card.

Me and my husband shop at home depot every day to buy supplies for our business employees are always friendly and find great deals

This is a great store to get supplies for home projects. Employees go above and beyond.

Emma at self checkout was rude to me ( person of color) opposed to the white customers. Didn’t listen. Incorrectly handled my problem and made me wait again as she put up returns. Only addressed me after white customers got in line.

I needed help in plumbing however i couldnt not find anyone imagine that but i did find Don in paints and he helped me not only did he get a double decker cart from out side and walk it back to the water heaters but he helped lift it onto the cart as i was wondering how i alone was going to do that and then startedd telling me about tankless vs tank water heaters as he ahs a tankless gass heater and i now have a tank water heater and then going to the store again today he greeted me as i cut thru the paint dept as i needed parts and pieces to hook up said water heater

I applied for a project loan which was quick and help with a bathroom / laundry update and it as always been so easy to return items that i over purchased.

From entering the store to walking out of this store we were happy with everything. The person that helped us, the price, the friendliness was above our expectations. Thanks Home Depot. We will return

I bought about 20k USD Online Homedepot but sometimes i visit this places everything this local stores handle and solve problems so amazing. But in this store still have alot items availble for get it make job done quick. Love it

Your cashier, Falhuni. HANDS DOWN, the BEST customer service I've ever had in my life. When I say the best customer service I assure you and I want to focus on every aspect of customer service. Her tone, her demeanor was perfect. I always forget my military ID for discount. She told me about your online registration. She was very kind and took the time to show me how to register online for my veterans discount. I'm not completely computer illiterate, however I just was not getting it. The customer service cashier, Falhuni, took the time and walked me through on my telephone how to input and receive my 10% military discount. She was just amazing!

Cami was absolutely amazing. She was so professional and happy. I will continue to go back to our local Home Depot.

CLEAN STORE, FREINDLY EMPLOYEES AND SUFFICIENT SUPPLIES

Yes, I bought an Oatey drain and you will not quit asking how I like it. It is going in a new shower that won't be used for 6 months. I don't even know if it really drains..understand? Look at the picture before you inquire.

The worse buying experience ever from hardware/tool  department managers Keith and Rodney, the most rude people ever known at home depot Panama City at 23rd street. Their costumer service to us was horrendous, 4 hours to look for tools we need it, and they had no idea how to locate them. We are extremely disappointed and stressed out and we will not recommend to anyone to buy from home depot anymore. Shame on you Keith and Rodney who stole our time, and were so disrespectful to elderly disabled military people like ourselves.

I had the best experience whopping at the Home Depot in PC - the gentlemen (Patrick and Keith) in the ceiling fan section were so kind and helpful and helped me make the correct decision on what to buy and why. They were the awesome! Thanks!

Prices seem to fluctuate daily. No issue with employees, they were friendly and helpful. Pricing issues are with Home Depot policies I assume.

We purchase a lot of items from Home Depot and we are always greeted by friendly staff as we enter the building. If we need assistance in a department they usually have a knowledgeable person there to assist. If we don't know where to look for something, anyone we ask tries to be helpful. Wish all retail stores were as good as Home Depot.

I have purchased many items from this store, most of them have electrical items. I was able to just able to find everything I needed in the the store and a few things that are not carried at this store, I was able to order online and they arrived in record time.

During my visit I was lost on which color paint I should get and Beatriz from the paint section took her time to help me out and was very patient. Also the cashier Devon was extremely nice as well.

I love shopping at this location in Panama City. The employees are very helpful, knowledgeable and always nice! Store is always clean and always well stocked!

I was assisted with my entire shopping list by sales associate, Patrick. Patrick was prompt, helpful, respectful and polite. We found everything I needed and I was able to get in and out fast!

There are several employees that also go above & beyond everytime we are in there. Everyone is always happy to help. Also love the same employees are always there - shows they care.
