Salesperson never acknowledged customer upon checkout at cash register as she was on phone 'talking'. Never said one word to customer!

Aside from the store being very dirty/dusty , at check out they had no bags at all. I had to put my item in my pocket and carry the two larger item. My friend who was with me bought several small items and was forced to purchase a reusable Home Depot bag. Ridiculous ... I get that there is a ban on plastic bags but for them not to offer a paper bag is not acceptable.

when a sales associate could not locate 353 of the items I was looking for the Paramus location was more than happy to help me locate what I was looking for thank you both Robin and Jay.

All the employees from the inside staff to the cashiers to the outside staff are most helpful. When we had our vacuum cleaner purchase outside, a store employee asked us if he could help us in loading the item into the car. In all my years shopping, this was the first time an employee offered to help me do that. It was a nice gesture and the man is to be commended. On another very positive note, the store carries very reputable brands, for example Ryobi tools and Eureka Vacuums, and I have no qualms purchasing anything from the store.

Over charged us by $20 and now they tell me I can’t post this instead of calling me to see what went wrong.

Woman in flooring department on 01/07/21 in the afternoon was extremely helpful and attentive. I was unfamiliar with the layout of the store and she helped me have a successful trip.

I had a young man named Jermaine Anglin help me purchase a refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher and stove. I felt he was very knowledgeable very courteous and a pleasure to be around!!!

Definately the worst Home Depot in the area. Reluctantly went there today because it's only 1.5 miles from home. Poorly stocked. Help is not knowledgeable and unengaging. I needed three items to make a plumbing repair and was only able to find one on my own.

Excellent customer service. Jermaine in cabinets is very professional and Jesse the store manager is very attentive to detail regarding his employees. This is one of the cleanest Home Depot’s I have seen in all of New Jersey.

Overall always a good experience but organization of the hardware dept, and aisles being packed with incoming merchandise can be better.

Never give out bags for your purchases.

The appliance section is well stocked and the associates are well informed and helpful.

everything that I need is available, staff are helpful. Parking is easy.

THE CASHIER ATTENDANTS AT THE PARAMUS HOMEDEPOT ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND EAGER TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. IT'S UNFORTUNATE THAT I CAN'T SAY THE SAME ABOUT THE ISLE ATTENDANTS.

Paramus Home Depot store has plenty of Parking and is always well stocked.

I recently went to the Paramus Home Depot to purchase some electrical supplies. I was greeted by Tony in the electrical department and he was extremely helpful! He took the time to make sure I found everything on my list, and helped me pick the best product for my use needs. He is a treasure to Home Depot and has served in the location for 18 years!

this store always has what i'm looking for. it's clean and the staff has always been helpful. i have even used their curbside and the person that delivered my items was very courteous and respectful. i dont have any complaints about this store and will continue to use it.
