Worse Customer Service
Employees were too busy chatting with their colleagues to help customers. The employee that helped me clearly didn’t know the department that he was located in. He recommended to me to buy the wrong product, the product I purchased couldn’t be used because it was missing parts that I needed to get an order to use it.

Exemplary Service by Exceptional Associates
Yesterday I was in the store and looking for help I was impressed by Renae who at once asked if I needed help. I was there for towels for a guest bathroom and I wanted neutral colors. She gladly pointed out that there were Grey towels available. She then called Jermaine to come and assist because there were no more in the building and I wanted the final three set. Indeed, he came up front and saved me money on my purchase. I, frankly, was astonished that Associates in Home Depot, not only help customers but go above and beyond for even a simply sale like towels. My FAVORITE store is now Home Depot in Paramus.

Totally disorganized store. Stock is not in assigned locations.
Went to get Prestone. Checked online before going. Said there was over 100 in stock at Aisle 24, Bay 14. There were none. Went to Pro Desk. They said same thing. CS person came with me. No stock at location nor in racks above. CS person eventually located elsewhere in racks. Got pallet truck to lower stock. Should have been 4 minute in and out. Took over 20. This type of experience has happened in past at this store.

Helpful employees
I went to this home depot while visiting family. While unable to find what I needed, Jalil and Brian, two employees, worked extremely hard to help. They were kind and made me feel valued. I would visit this store again just because of how committed to helping these two men were.
