There was an individual named Inetta, who was extremely helpful in assisting me at self check out. I had many, many items and she was extremely helpful in aiding me scan the items. She was also very courteous, friendly and respectful and made me feel special as a customer. If I worked as a store manager, I would definitely attempt to hire more workers like Inetta who provide excellent customer service and make me want to return to Home Depot to do business! She is certainly an asset to Home Depot!

Every time we have purchased items from this store we have always had great customer service from the employees and they are always helpful or offer to help.

The Commercial check out is always good. All the cashiers over there, have it together.

Regena was the BEST. I bought 3 appliances and she made sure to quote the size of each to make sure they would fit in the designated area. She was very patient and helpful. The best Home Depot in Pearland !!
