No line at the check out, and Donna in the garden dept. was very cool!!!!!!!

I have traveled and shopped at other locations of Home Depot. The employee's at this location are ready to help and assist. We have pets and needed screen that would accomidate that. They were quick to point out the right solution.

Employees are very helpful. Things are where they're supposed to be for the most part.

The cashier was friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond to help me I had a great experience at this location.

Smaller Home Depot but still seem to have good stock. Employes are always helpfull.

Upon checkout had an issue with processing my purchase. Store Mgmt/Cashier went above and beyond to assist me with the system defaults. This was a learning experience for me and also several associates. The way they handled my situation was exemplary. My thought was to just walk out due to my time constraints. Being patient and allowing staff to resolve my issue was well worth my time. As a Veteran I salute you Store #6543! Job Well Done!

The Product I needed was Readily Available.

I wanted very specific projects items and the helpful staff didn't disappoint!

Denise took care of us at the check out area and she is great! Professional, friendly and efficient. Her cheerfulness made us feel glad to be shopping at Home Depot! We will be back!

We visited store and needed paint to cover our deck in Galveston- he explained what we needed to get the outcome we were expecting.

I found a good selection of dishwashers at the price point I was looking for and the customer service was excellent. The employees were, to a one, friendly and told me where I could find the things I was looking for. Already a favorite store, but now even better.

Even though I had to travel several more miles to get here, this store had much better selections, more employees (yes, people who actually stopped and asked if you needed any help!!!! At MY store I have to try to hunt someone down and almost always have to go to the Service Counter and ask them to send someone to the department that I am going to and even then, they may or may not show up!)

Reserved a PENSKE truck that was to be picked up at 7:30 AM. Arriving at 7:30 no truck. NOT HOME DEPOT FAULT. Penske did not deliver trucks on time to location 2 days in a row. Customer Service at HOME DEPOT helped us with communication resolving issue with PENSKE.

Went to this store today to buy some simple Honda lawnmower parts. Asked first person I found for help. Russell in lawn and garden helped me and I knew I had found the right person. Russell was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and did not make me feel rushed. Every Home Depot needs more employees like Russell at the east side Pearland Tx location. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK RUSS!!

I was very satisfied with my visit. The cashier was extremely helpful and explained everything as well as helping me check out quickly. Also assisted me with locating some material. I do shop at several home depot's in this area. But it seems to me this location in Pearland teparallel in Texas is more on top of their game as far as bundle counts material location etc.

BAD RETURN EXPERIENCE. EMPLOYEE KEPT TELLING ME ITEMS WEREN'T PURCHASED AT HOME DEPOT. FINALLY A TECH GLITCH PROVED THEY WERE WRONG. EMPOYEE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. THIS IS THE PEARLAND STORE 6543

When shopping at Home Depot, there should be some kind of ease and flow to the ordeal; however, seems the company can not get a handle on the shelf prices and cash terminal ringing price, placement of inventory and or the lack there of and the customer service rep who should find out the issue and at the very least apologize for the error try to correct it. in all my time going to Home Depot, I have never been so put off. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO HOME DEPOT,,,EVER!!!
