Sarah was phenomenal. Our paint color was a standard Behr color but it wasn’t coming out like the sample. She did what was needed to get the correct color. Kudos for Sarah.

I have been building an Art Studio from the ground up. I have used just about every department and I have received great help especially in Paint, Lumber, electrical and everywhere.

Your cashier Sherry SKW655 and your manager do not honor military veterans with a Veteran ID Card. I am ashamed of your entire store. Your web page says 10% 365 days a year. She looked at my ID and said that doesn't mean anything here. This is like it was in the 60's. Next time thank a vet for his or her service.

I was able to go straight back to the area where all the home appliances were. They were easy to look at and compare. The first day I went to the store just to look and compare brands. An associate helped me with all my questions. I looked at clothes dryers and stoves. Then I went on line and studied the products I was most interested in. The information online was very helpful. Then I decided which range I wanted and went to the store. An associate helped me with my questions and I asked for a quote on the price. He went to the computer and very quickly helped me figure out what the final cost would be. I came the next day and got the same associate. He helped me with all my final questions and helped me figure out what extra things I would need and what to expect from the product and what to expect when it is delivered. I was very happy with my experience.

We bought a major fixer upper last year, so nearly every weekend involves a visit or two or three to the Placerville home depot. There are always associates nearby to help when I need it, and I can almost always find whatever odd item I am looking for that day!

I would recommend this store because it is one of few that have building products available anymore.The store associates are fair to unresponsive at times.You have to pick the time in which you shop as during the middle to late half of day then no one is available.You are CONSTANTLY accosted by the Solar people to the point that I am afraid to ask an associate for help when I unwittingly grabbed a solar salesman and couldn't get away from him! Don't plan on asking the contractors desk for deck design help if you are not a contractor.They only help pros and direct you to the website which doesn't work. Products on shelf are not stocked correctly so you need to pay close attention to what you are picking up.Wood quality if fair.You have to be very careful what you are buying, but I guess that is the same for other suppliers.The garden products such as the spray nossils are poor, poor quality.I've gone through 4 this summer as they break easily.Actually just about anything in the garden hose section seems to have a short life span so be careful what you buy

Great selection on great products. I love to see new stuff when I come to shop. Wish the products were a little cheaper.

Our Home Deport is consistently outstanding in service and product availability. Prices are fair and the staff are wonderful.

Was a typical Home Depot with everything in the same places. Forgot to check for a tarp. Will have to go back there again.

got some specialized keys made without issue - no wait, no problems and the price certainly was right.

The associate at the. Paint Department was not only helpful with my questions but he assisted me with selecting Tubular Lights as well.

Too many sales people i.e. solar products but there are other examples. Associates are never around when you need them and I have to go looking for them. Once you find an associate I found most of them helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a portable work bench and found the selection very limited. Same with under counter LED kitchen lights. I shop here because it is the closest available but find Lowes in Folsom a better store overall.

the return item experience was fairly easy, it was just so hard to find the replacement item .I got help from fellow customers, who I was also able to help them find items.

The Home Depot in Placerville is a pleasure to shop in. The associates are friendly and helpful and the store is clean and organized. They keep the store well stocked.

Today was a busy day at the store, but everyone was wonderful to work with. Our cashier was very friendly and personable.

Great customer service every time I come in. I am often asked by store associates if I need any help or how they can help me find something. The cashiers are always pleasant and talkative instead just going through the motions of checking.

Only downfall of this home depot is you do not accept any veteran ID card. I have a local el dorado county veterans card but it is not accepted. However Lowes honors the el dorado county veterans card.The only veterans you honor are those that somehow got injured in the military.

Great store with most of the things I need from a hardware store at a great price.
