Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Spring Deals running?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that DIY list as the weather brings cheerful sunshine. It's also a great time for setting up appliances indoors, doing lawn and garden work outdoors, and organizing your home with new storage. Remember to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get everything done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running only from 4/23/26 through 5/10/26. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

How can I prep my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be confident your home is set for spring temperature changes by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If water freezes in the cracks, you might be looking at trouble. On the exterior of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that can let water leak inside. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to winter storms. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

Do you offer moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or hurricanes, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What's the project at the Home Depot Kids Workshop this month?

Stop by for the Kids Workshop from 9–12 noon on May 2, 2026. Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this sweet keepsake box that fits all sorts of treasures. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage fine motor skills, creativity, and listening abilities. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
