We love this store. You use to have an employee there by the name of Darla and she was like Cindy. Very personable and friendly. Both of these ladies know us by name and it was always a blessing to my day and shopping in the store when I would see them. You ladies rock and thank you for you kindness to me and my husband!

The store was clean and easy to navigate. It is always easy to find what I am looking for. The store employees always bend over backwards to help. I have shopped in other stores and Red Bluff Home Depot with its employees are head and shoulders above the rest of the herd.

It is always a friendly and fun environment at Home Depot! My family and I enjoy going to shop for things we need at home or repairs at Home Depot. We may go for one item, but come out with more than one item due to great prices. Also it is nice to see friendly familiar faces and the bonus is that they always provide exceptional customer service. They always have answers to our questions and go above and beyond for us. Forget Lowes, go to Home Depot.

The employees at this Home Depot are always trying to help us save money on or purchases. I appreciate that!

Customer service at this store is excellent. We're doing some painting and flooring projects and the associates have been very helpful in answering our questions. The store is well organized and clean. Fifteen years ago we would drive 50 miles to shop at Lowes because we couldn't get any help at this store that is only 7 miles from our house. It is great when companies listen to their customers and fix their issues.

This was the best trip I have gone on to a Home Improvement store in awhile. It is great to be able to easily find someone to help. With so many stores downsizing these days, the fact that this Home Depot has not is the reason I will return. It was nice leaving the store with everything I needed instead of leaving without what I needed because I couldn't find someone to help me. This was a 5 star experience!

Clean and uncluttered store with great customer service by all associates I talked with today.

The store is clean and had what I wanted. Staff was friendly and the sales line was short. The staff in the nursery were very friendly and helpful!

I love this Red Bluff store - It really is the best and not over crowded as the Redding Store.

Goof store. I am happy to have them in the community. Always fun to shop there, kind of like being a kid in a candy store kind of way. Good selection as well.

Unfortunately even though they advertise a veterans discount, Home Depot refuses to follow through even with a California drivers license that shows my veteran status. Why offer a discount that you wont honor? Shame on you Home Depot.

It is always nice and clean in Home Depot and products are easy to find. Employees are always around to help and answer questions. Honestly, I don't know what we would do if we didn't have a Home Depot in our town. This is the place to go!

I would like to give a shout-out to the cashier Robin, who was SO nice and friendly and helpful. (I told her she should be Employee of the Month!) She helped us save money on our purchase and she just made our whole day better. Also, the older gentleman (don't know his name,) who helped us with ordering a clothes dryer, was so helpful and nice and made us feel very comfortable. THANK YOU! Everything was easy to find. The store associates were very helpful and friendly. Always a smile on their faces. Never ever rude, always nice. The store is very clean and well put on their upkeep. Everything is where it suppose to be and not scattered or misput. I can always find what I need or looking for.

The female workers tend to be sweet & knowledgeable. The adult men seem like victims of the recession who wish they were back in their trade, a little too knowledgeable. When I ask where to find an item I'm requesting an aisle number not an inquisition into my project. To sum up, avoid asking questions & this store is well stocked, clean & friendly :)

This store was very clean and orderly. There were plenty of employees to help us. There was plenty of product on the shelves. We made a purchase very quickly and were very pleased with the positive employees!!!

Every single employee was very helpful and knowledgeable about every question I had. We needed paint, grout and fencing material. We were quickly helped and the products we needed were all in stock and readily available. We received help loading and unloading all of the material. Check out was friendly and efficient. We were very honored to find out that Home Depot offers a Veterans Discount.

I am geographically located between 3 major communities and the Red Bluff Home Depot store have the best service in my opinion. The staff have knowledge about the products, they will physically direct you to the area you need to find, the store is clean and they even hose off the sidewalks at the end of the day! Bathrooms are neat and fully stocked, and clean.

I find the store always clean, friendly, well stocked, and value priced, but...my one complaint has always been...the aisles are ALWAYS so cluttered with impulse merchandise that sometimes its a real effort to get where you are going. Two people with carts are almost unable to pass each other in the main aisles. Especially in the main aisles in front of the services counter.

We have been working/building on our house for the past 10 years and we have been able to find everything we needed at the Home Depot, from ceilings to floor and everything in between.
