I had gone to a store in Elk Grove, CA, and asked for a small part, I even showed a picture, they said it was not something that Home Depot carries. I doubted that since it was a valve used to install refrigerators with ice makers. So I didn’t buy my new refrigerator there. Instead I went to the Red Bluff store where they looked up the part, I bought it and a new fridge and an additional freezer!

When customers are seen they should be acknowledged with a a smile or nod even if the employee is just passing and asked if we need help and direct us to help not necessarily be the help. The stores are big with many items. Many people need to know where some thing is without having to wander around up and down isles.

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very good but Sabrina at the Red Bluff Home Depot has been over the top exceptional! She has gone above and beyond any expectations to take care of an important matter.

We were In Red Bluff over the 4th of July weekend and did quite a bit of shopping at the store. Every employee was friendly and went above and beyond with their customer service . I will definitely be going back to that store . Worth the 4 hr drive

Employee pointed to items I needed that was up high on a multi level shelf and walked away. Had to climb an employee ladder to grab the lumber that was pitch ever back on the shelf. Assistant manager was told and could care less. Same old story about lack of customer service added with potential safety hazard.

Go to Homedepot on a Saturday morning. One cashier working. The checkout line wraps around the store! Very Mad customers! This happens every weekend. Also, nothing stocked in lumber except twisted broken lumber. Won't restock until old stock is gone!! Who wants twisted warped lumber?! No carts in store. Isles all blocked! I could go on and on

Garden wasn't staffed at about 9:00 Sat with somebody with garden knowledge

Several times I learn.It's a waste of time to even go to the Store.They never have what I'm after. And when loading a lot of material , it would be nice if someone offered to help.

My experiences at the Red Bluff Home Depot store has always been positive.

They promised delivery of an item I badly needed and did not come through. Next they promised another day and did not come through. I have little to no hope that they will make this delivery because they are poorly run. Best case it will end up taking a week to get something that was promised in 2 days.

Putting order together and clerk at customer service desk Chelsea was great.

I’m one of those ever other or every day guys in Home Depot and it’s always clean and friendly people

Other than for the spending aspect of course, I always love coming here. The store is always laid out neatly and organized. I can always find what I need and if I can't I can always find someone to help me. I've never been shamed for questions I didn't know the answer to and have always been greeted with a smile or a friendly hello every time I come here. I definitely recommend this location for any of you project needs! Enjoy building!

The people who work here no nothing. It's a joke. They actively run away from you when they see you and then just tell you to order online. Garbage 🗑️.

I have been to several Home Depots and this store by far has the best employees. They look to help you and actually do. The store and parking lot are always neat & clean. It's enjoyable to shop at the Red Bluff Home Depot.

I have been shopping at the Red Bluff, CA Home Depot since they first built the store. Honestly, I have never had a bad experience. Instead, I have found several different employees over the years that were/are friendly, professional and helpful. Fair Prices. Very Good Selection.

I stopped by to check out flooring supplies to finish my tiling project. Staff was very helpful. Red Bluff is actually the closest HD location for me.

If Home Depot (Vanguard Group Inc, BlackRock Inc., etc.) Truly cared about community, they would not allow thieves to walk out with stolen product. Employees should not be punished by preventing theft. The thieves should be detained on site. Then locked in a detention area (1 hour or over a day) until Law Enforcement arrives. The democRats, governor and panty waste judges and DA’s have ruined this state. The conviction of these offenders have been left to us Americans.

I am finding this store to be less and less helpful to the shopper. I purchased a defective zero turn mower for over $3500 and was unable to return it when it broke with just a few hours on it. The warranty repair took over three months. I more recently purchased $600 worth of goods and was unable to get help loading it up. They used to be really good. Not so much anymore.

This store always has enough employees around to answer questions and help me find things. I will often wait and come here even when I am in another town that has a Home Depot. It just depends on how much help I think I might need.
