The store is very clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I only shop at Home Deopt and I send everybody I cant to this store.

As I was checking out the cashier was very unfriendly, I felt I was in the wrong for having used her register to checkout.

Order was processed and ready to go as promised by Ryan. The order was correctly processed by John Dunn and Jack at the Pro desk. Crystal and Brandon expedited the processing and loading loading.

Lou in plumbing was great! He was able to answer all my questions about the shower I bought today.

i like Richfield Home Depot because it seems friendlier. Maybe this is because it is in a smaller city than the next nearest on which is in Provo. We have almost always had a good experience shopping here. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

I needed help to find some items that I was looking for. I did not see what I wanted so I asked an associate where I could find the items and he looked the items up and went with me to make sure that I found them and when the one item was not in his department he made sure that an associate from the proper department helped. I was very pleased with the service that I received and it made the entire shopping experience extremely pleasurable.

I was looking for a few oddball items and asked one of the ladies and they took me to all of them with no hesitation. Takes folks that care about service to act that fast.

We visit Home Depot weekly, it's a nice store and the associates are always very helpful.

I don't do a lot of reviews, especially a store review. I enjoy supporting the little guy. He made our country and deserves our support. I will search out those things. Having said that I always need something that they can't provide. Home Depot is able to do that. The difference here with the Richfield store is I am always treated as one of the family. Here its "Hi , how you been?" 'What you making?" You will really enjoy that purchase, it does a good job', I can always find someone to assist me, take the time to explain things, answer my questions, without pressure. I am constantly invited to try things, test things, bring things back if it doesn't meet my expectations. I need help loading lumber, they are ready and waiting on me, they are always busy, but with customer service like they provide, who is gonna complain. I have been going to Home Depot for as long as I can remember, usually for the product, I will go to the Richfield Home Depot for the customer service. Thanks.

Went to buy hand tools and choices were multiple and associate was knowledge about how to help us with the best deals and how to best select the proper tools to meet our needs...Even went so far to point out In-Store deals that we had not been aware of.

Store was well stocked, clean and organized. Very friendly helpful staff.

If you plan to shop at this store you may want to know when the knowledgeable employees are going to "lunch" if you have an questions as other employees may not be able to assist you.

Store employee was helpful with some information that I had not considered before.

I am a senior citizen. The associates were quick to assist in picking out lumber, board by board, loading it on carts, pushing it to the front of the store, etc. The cashier, as usual, was very helpful and cheerful. The yard man was efficient and pleasant in loading the lumber on to my truck. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

On vacation from California, went to Steamboat Springs by car. On the way home, one of our winds stuck down and would not roll up. I was passing through Richfield and stopped at The Home Depot. I was greeted by a very nice young man in the lot (sorry didnt get his name). Explained that i needed plexiglass and tape for a temporary fix to get us home 600 more miles. He pointed out where to go and was very nice. I was then greeted by an associate named Jeff. Jeff too was very nice, showed me where the plexiglass was, tape and to borrow a tape measure at customer service. I got my items, walked to the service desk and was greeted by Evan. I explained my situation and asked tp borrow a tape measure when he then looked at me and said- "lets go outside, I can help"!! I asked where to leave the items I wanted to purchase he said just bring them with us outside to see if we need to cut. Evan was AWESOME! After sizing the plexiglass up, we decided the piece I had would be perfect. We walked back into the store and I thanked him. He then said, "I can ring you up right here!" Wow- personal service at it's best. After ringing up my plexiglass and tape, I thanked Evan for his help. He then turned to me, unwrapped a brand new roll of a stronger tape and said "here- take this in case your tape is not strong enough just to be safe"! Incredible above and beyond service. I thanked him again, went outside and repaired my window in 5 minutes and drove to So. Cal without a problem. I have been in retail for 37 years and currently a DM for a supermarket chain in So Cal. These folks at this store are the kind of Team Members I want in my stores. They were each very friendly, courteous and helpful. Home Depot should be very proud of these folks and I can tell you I now have a great story to tell to my team when talking about above and beyond service. Thank you to all. You helped make a poor situation turn out outstanding!!

The store is very clean and well organized, plenty of helpful associates to answer questions. The store associates, Cindy and Rylee, who helped me with the self check out, were extremely pleasant and helpful. I really appreciated the positive attitudes they displayed. These two women represent Home Depot very well. They are a credit to the store.
