I bought my flooring a month ago and i am so glad that I did.

I went in with an online order and came out with what I had on backorder. All thanks to Mason. He listened to my concerns and went out of his way to find what I needed and got it down for me! I am a very happy customer.

The Richfield Home Depot is stocked with everything you could use from building supplies to home improvement. There employees are very knowledgeable and can answer questions to guide you in the right direction. The employees have always been very helpful and polite to me. I also find their products to be very high quality. I don't think you could go wrong by picking up your supplies or having them delivered from this store.

I love shopping Home Depot, but this is one of their smaller stores with a limited selection. It is the only one within 170 miles. Many times I find I have to order online and wait for shipping or go to one of the bigger stores that is a 2.5 hour drive away.

Always ready to help and have what we need

While purchasing backsplash tile for my kitchen, a wonderful little gal popped over and got down on her hands and knees to verify all of the boxes came from the same lot. I was very impressed with the level of service.

Every time I need help with my jobs or questions on remodeling John D, in doors has been great to work with and give his opinion if I ask for it! Thank you sir!

I was so thrilled this morning to find Home Depot ringing my doorbell! A father and daughter team were there to put my newly purchased toilet in the house! Yay! Thank you to this team for coming back and doing this for me!

Absolutely love our local feral cat that our local home Depot takes care of. It's a bit of a challenge to find someone to help you at times due to being the only 1 of 2 hardware stores around.

I purchased a tree online, we are growing an orchard and buy most of the tres from home Depot. Very happy with our trees and purchases.

Had what I needed.!!

We recently added stucco around our home and purchases 90% of the material needed from home depot. The quality and availability helped us complete our project with ease. We count on Home Depot for most of the supplies needed to improve and maintain our home inside and out.

I came into the store to buy the 12 foot skeleton for my daughter in law. They were all out, but they allowed me to purchase the display. They made sure to download the owners manual and get it to me. They also made sure I had the stakes and Allen wrench. I was so happy with how they went above and beyond for me. Excellent customer service.

Our Home Depot is so behind. They post a sign with a date when there Halloween would be on the floor for sale. I go early that morning to buy what I wanted and nothing! They are barely getting out the shelves. So I wait and by the time I go back the thing I want is sold out. I ask to buy the display and I was told no it’s too early. What?? They don’t have any more but they won’t sell the one they have. Does that make any sense to anyone else? This store is in a rural area so I have no other choice but to shop there. They won’t sell it until they are told the date they can sell the display! But they won’t know when that is. This Home Depot likes to hold onto stuff and not sale it to customers. If only someone knew what was going on here.

Very good place for the supplies I needed for the remodel I'm doing in my home

There are two big hardware stores in Richfield. But there are reasons we return over and over again to our favorite. Nails are nails and shovels are just that, but I have to say when it comes to customer service when thousands are spent, there is no place else that I know of in town who gets it done for the customer like Home Depot Richfield. I mean from the signing of a countertop contract, or carpet to needing help in the plumbing or electrical dept., this Richfield store has not left me hanging…ever. A shout out to the flooring department for being the stand up reps to their hired contractors. These associates are nothing short of phenomenal. I highly recommend Home Depot Richfield for; yeah your shovels, but those bigger projects whether it be bath, kitchen or getting you the parts or tools you need to complete your DIY projects.

Every time I come in to this Home Depot they have always gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I've needed. Friendly and positive. From Cashier, cutting wood, loading, appliances, flooring, paint, plumbing, electrical, light fixtures, to ordering a door, and customer service desk. Each department is awesome. Great people. I have lived and worked in lots of different places and become familiar with lots of Home Depot stores. Richfield is my favorite Home Depot store, by far. The attendants are knowledge and always eager to help. Keep up the great work!

The employees were friendly, the store was clean, and they had nice open isles.
