Exceptional store through the years

This Home Depot was the most friendliest, most knowledgeable and helpful of all the Home Depots I ever had been in.

Called casper home depot to place an order to be delivered out of town got the run around for 3 days . Rock spring had the order done right away and scheduled for delivery Only down side was casper charges $79 for delivery 120 miles away & rock springs charged $ 165.00,but a lot better service !

My fiancé and I go to Home Depot often. The aisles are wide, clean and items are displayed very easily to find. The employees there are always helpful, know where things are, know which aisle to direct you to. Check out is easy, and fast. We find what we are looking for, and then some. Its actually kind of fun to go in and see some new items that help home improvement, and prices are not so awful. Its a nice place to wander through, even the rest rooms are nice and clean.

Tony in plumbing was very helpful in explaining to me/showing me how a swamp cooler works and pointed me to all the right parts I needed.

This is not a store review, it's an employee review. Big shout out to RP for helping me get everything I needed for a project I only had watched utube video's on. He was so knowledgeable with the project I was about to start. Laid all my options out on the table and explained all the pro's and con's to each. Was very patient while I decided what was going to work for me. RP is "THE PAINT GUY!" My project turned out awesome and I only had to make 1, JUST 1 trip to home depot. Thank you RP for knowing your stuff.

Great store with lots of options to shop from. Good prices and great employees that ask if you need help then make sure you get it.

This particular Home Depot was considerably different than others we have shopped. All the employees were very nice and helpful. There was actual merchandise we wanted in stock...shocker!!

What I really like about shopping in the Rock Springs store is that there is always a store employee nearby to help you. That is one thing I hate, having to go around the store looking for someone to help me.

Very knowledgeable, very helpful! Kyle did a great job with assisting us in the floor department. The guy at the paint department was also very kind, humorous, and helpful in giving us info on what we needed to paint cabinets!! 5 star experience today!

Love the small town friendliness over the big city hustle. Always clean. Could spend hours browsing the store for anything for any project and 9/10 times I can find it. If not someone is always willing to help me find/order it. Can't think of a week that hasn't gone by since we our own store that I don't go and at least browse. Thanks HD.

I have always been very pleased with the staff at this store, when I need help with something I get it! employees usually ask if I need help before I have to look for them.

I never have a problem here finding people to help me, they're always kind considerate and answer all of my questions even if they might be stupid. On the off-chance of the person I'm asking does not know the answer to my question they find someone who does and make sure that I fully understand before sending me on my way.

Prices are jacked up 2-3 the suggested retail price and so they give discounts to make buyer think he/she is actually getting a good deal. Always check suggested retail price from someone like Consumer Reports before buying. When I asked the appliance manager about it, she said they could mark it up however they wanted. She definitely wasn't interested in keeping me as a customer,

Our local store in Rocks Springs is great, Its easy to get to and park close to the entrances and the staff are fantastic always willing to help. Each area that I have gone through has staff on hand to help which is unique compared to other stores where you have to practically beg to be waited on.
