Visiting the Home Depot website, I found the Rock Springs store to have in-stock items all the time (so far). The employees are usually very helpful finding an item. The Rock Springs store is usually competitive with other similar stores, but will not always meet their sales prices. The location is convenient and during the week, there is usually ample parking.

Store is always in order and the employee's are always friendly and helpful.

Any shopping experience is dependant on the employees. A few years ago I walked out of this store fuming mad. Since then they have done a great job i appreciate the turnaround in customer service all and in all they have some great people right now!!

The Rock Springs Home Depot is very clean, friendly, thorough, and provides excellent service. I would definately recommend any contractor or person to shop here. Everyone was very knowledgeable of there products and if they weren't they knew of an employee that was.

Please hire contractors for plumbing and gas to install the products you sell.

Customer Services representatives are always cheerful and willing to help. Floor attendants are cheerful and helpful. I love shopping at Home Depot. My favorite thing in the summer is the outdoor plants and garden department because of the cheerful little birds every where. It's difficult to maintain a bad mood when shopping with happy little birds flitting about!

I enjoy shopping at the Rock Springs Home Depot because they have everything I need, or they will get the items I cannot find. The employees are helpful and cheerful every time I shop at this location. During my last shopping experience, a young man with his mother entered the store before me. The young lady working at the register greeted the young man by name. He had the most beatific smile as he returned her greeting. I was behind them as we walked down the first aisle and his mother was asking questions, "Who is that? How do you know her?" and generally keeping him engaged. He enthusiastically said he knew her through a friend. He had an apparent challenge, I am not sure what. But he was very happy that someone greeted him by name.

good store for one of the smaller ones , still better than what we have 15 years ago .

RP in paint was very helpful and informative! He made me feel at ease about a previous experience from another store in town and I couldn't thank him enough for that! I am very happy with this store! Will ONLY use them in the future!

August 8, 2017 09:00 The folks at customer service were rude! They were having some kind of funny conversation among themselves and never even acknowledged we existed. I even remarked out loud in front of them, "I don't guess they see us or want to help us." They continued to talk among themselves and ignoring us. We went to the other end of the store and the cashier Robin was very helpful, professional, and finished the transaction for us.

The staff was amazing through out the store. Knowledge by staff in the areas we visited made our shopping trip very relaxing and successful

The employees at the Rock Springs Store are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile to assist their customers. I love this store and when ever I need something they provide, I am more than willing to drive the 200 miles to obtain it. Thank you for your devotion and hard work.

We had a cashier named Robin Dinh. He was extremely rude to three of us and a small child, including yelling at the child. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. He was throwing around the things we were buying, so we are hoping that there is no damage. After making a purchase of over $1,000, he was then VERY reluctant to give us our military discount. If you go into this store, AVOID checking out with Robin. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
