Store was well organized. I needed help in the electrical dept., and a woman was extremely helpfull. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed.

The Rockwall store has made a great choice in hiring cashiers that really know and exhibit the true meaning of Customer Service. The cashier with a boy name of Michael Has excellent customer service!

We were looking at doors and windows and had to go find an associate to help us after waiting about 5-10 minutes. Then when we went to get lumber two associates walked right by and didn't offer to help load.

I drive an hour commute through Dallas, Garland and eventually Rockwall every day from work and as far as cleanliness, accessibility, friendliness and product selection I rather wait or go out of my way to shop at the Rockwall store, even when I'm stressing about repairing the perimeter fence and containing my animals.

Everybody at store helpful and friendly. Clean store and easy to navigate.

Fast friendly service, well lit, clean & organized, easy to find whatever you need..great project suggestions on materials. I have so much on my wish list for projects they are endless!!

I have been shopping at this HD for the past 5 years while remodeling/updating my 1920's farm house. I have never had bad service, never had to search for someone to help me, yet never had a store person annoy me with their hovering nearby. The parts are always well stocked. The store is clean. Never any hassles with store returns. I've never been disappointed with this store. Wish I could say the same for the "other home improvement store."

Unlike other chains, it seems each Home Depot store is laid out differently. I just moved to this area and find things a little harder to find in this store. However, the associates are extremely friendly and very helpful.

Received terrible customer service help, the associates on the floor were very nice and helpful and would take us directly to the product not like the customer service associates who pointed and sighed loudly when we asked for details.

I really like home depot, the only problem is sometimes finding an associate to help. When you can find one, they are extremely helpful and friendly.
