I bought the laminate to change the carpet at home as a DIY project. When I was not able to do it, they helped me with the floor nstallation efficiently.

There are no rewards, Even gas stations will give u a free drink or occasional gallon of gas, not home Depot. U would think if I bought 20k$ worth of electrical fittings I might get a free nail, maybe a bottle of water, but nothing!

Mark Millwork, for helping me find the perfect door, being patient with me over the phone, and staging my product on a cart, so it was ready to roll as soon as I arrived. It was an especially nice touch to see you protected the door with cardboard, And prepared a couple of common tools that I may need for a successful installation. I live between Terrell and Rockwall and always choose the Rockwall location as their staff is better equipped to answer questions, they have more stock, and the check out experience is faster.

I often tend to send my brothers to shop at Home Depot. 1 reason I try not to shop at Home Depot is because I feel I don’t belong, since I’m a woman. On this particular day, I grabbed what I needed & was trying to rush out of there. I usually switch purses and on this day I forgot my HM Depot card. Diane was extremely patient and was kind enough to help me call the CC svcs. Daine went above beyond to make my day, along with manager James. I will say, this is the only time I enjoyed shopping here.

My stove decided to catch fire and die on me last week. I went to several appliance stores to look for another afforadble stove. My husband and I ended up at The Home Depot in Rockwall. Barbara was working that Saturday and helped us with finding a new stove and giving us information that we hadn't even thought about.

We are buying a new blower/battery operated. had one before and liked it, so bought another one.

Yvonne helped us in the appliance department, she made this experience absolutely pleasant! Yvonne was so helpful and answered all of our questions. Best customer service experience!

I'm satisfied with my purchase

I went in for paint for retouching a cabinet, and Sylvia was so sweet! She helped with everything, even when an aisle was closed she helped us out.

I make numerous trips to Home Depot monthly, Probably too much. The last couple of times I have dealt with and very courteous and professional employee CHAYRA. This guy is top notch! Much respect to a fellow veteran!

I want to do 2 bathrooms with shiplap panels. The man in that department, Hada, was extremely helpful. I had my measurements and figured out exactly what I needed and cut them. Excellent Customer Service. Home Depot is my go to store. Forever!!!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful

The Garden Center staff were very helpful. Teresca made sure I received the answers to my questions. One employee helped me compare prices of potting soil and loaded bags to my cart. Another lady helped me choose perenials for pots. She said she loved doing this.

Whoever trains the Staff, does an excellent job! Helpful with finding products, patient, and especially helpful explaining how to do what the customer is trying to do.
