The employees were all very helpful in directing me to various areas as I browsed through the store today. Very peasant and personable. John N-cashier was patient in scanning our items and very kind to inform me of the survey. He didn’t just hand me my receipt, he pointed out the potential of winning the gift card, and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. It was a very good shopping experience and I will be back to do more shopping in the very near future.

Associates here are friendly. Store is clean. Layout is easy to find.

I never have to go to another store to find something, always well stocked. Everyone is so helpful.

During several recent visits, we received excellent service from Tommy in Lighting, Adam in Lumber, and Chris in Flooring. We really appreciate their advice! The knowledge they provide sets this store apart from its competitors.

Extremely efficient store with friendly and helpful employees. Other brand home improvement store nearby cannot hold a candle to this one. Store is clean and well stocked. I try not to go anywhere else for my home improvement needs.

I was in the store for nearly 35 minutes, in the same aisle, and no one offered to help. I made eye contact and smiled with an associate and he just stared at me. One gentleman finally asked if I needed anything, and directed me to where I needed to go. At the self checkout, the employee, a young woman with red wavy hair, did not speak to me despite speaking to the other customer. There was an error with the chip on my card and the woman yelled “your card is declined” so loudly that the other customer looked at me. It wasn’t declined; there was an error with my chip. Please learn to treat all customers with kindness; regardless of what we look like.

It's nice to have a store in Rocky River.

There currently is a worldwide coronavirus pandemic. Home Depot cashiers are great about socially distancing and wearing PPE. However, every single employee in Home Depot stores should be wearing masks and gloves, and this should be a mandate. The younger Home Depot employees do not seem to be aware that certain customers may be more susceptible to COVID19 than others because these younger people do not practice social distancing. They seem to be totally oblivious that people can catch and die from COVID19. Younger, oblivious, careless employees MUST be made aware that there is a real pandemic going on in the world and they must be made aware of social distancing procedures to follow and PPE to wear when they are working in Home Depot stores. I will not return until preventative steps are taken by Home Depot management to help quell the spread of this virus.

Go to Lowes if you are a veteran. They give all veterans 10% off of every item EVERYDAY. NOT whenever they feel like it.

The store was very clean, helpful and knowledgeable staff. My cashier, Kathleen, went above and beyond to be professional and kind to the woman ahead of me in line that was rude and dismissive. She then gave me gold star service, truly is a shining star! Made my already good experience that much better~kudos!

The store is very accommodating in its layout. Items easily located in departments. The employees have always seemed to go beyond the “norm” in customer service. I have always been greeted with helpful staff on each occasion of being in the store! Well done!

Product was there & the sink was in the back of the store & they got the sink for us. The associates were friendly & helped us.

Riad In Lumber was a pleasure to shop with. He was very helpful, patient and understanding . He helped pick out the wood I needed and even cut it the sizes I needed for no extra price . Wonderful man he deserves to be recognized .

The Home Depot staff was very helpful. I needed to replace a banister. Adam, one of their employees, helped me find the original railing and the brackets used to mount the banister. I didn't even have a reference photo to show him.

A very clean store with knowledgeable people willing to help and even offer to get someone if they don't have an answer for you. I had a very good experience with Jermaine In Appliances & would recommend this store on that experience alone. I especially liked doing the entire purchase there in the department without having to take paperwork to the front of a store & wait for checkout like other places. Nice convenience. The store was clean. I like the dimmed lights to save on electricity & energy.

This is my go-to store for tools, project, and garden supplies. It's less than a mile from my house, which is very convenient. When I'm deep in a project, I can go there several times in a day without wasting too much time. Service is excellent, employees are friendly and helpful, and they always have what I need, even if I don't know what it is.

I went to the paint department at the Rocky River store today for a home project that I was starting. I was a bit lost on how to approach repainting my basement floor. I was greeted by Michelle who walked me through each step and showed me what I would need. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Michelle was knowledgeable and showcased a level of customer service I don't see often. I have everything I need for my project and, now with Michelle's help, all the information needed to do it well. Brava Michelle and the Rocky River store!
