My visit was overall a very good experience, my only complaint is not enough staff in the flooring department. The entire place is clean the staff is very polite and friendly.

The lady that helped us was super nice and helpful with what we needed, I wish I had remembered her name, because she gets customer service.

Had to hunt for an employee for help but they are for the most part very helpful on what I need and give helpful hints on how to get my job done. I use Home Depot.because of their employees and Lowe's is anti-gun. Lowe's is my last choice after exausting all other stores in Roseburg.

The store is clean and well organized. The Staff are always willing to help, even look up items that are not on the shelf to see if items are in the back.

The employees were very helpful as well as quite professional. I have had bad experiences in the past with Lowes and will never go there again. The difference between Lowes and Home Depot is like night and day.

whenever we required help, the employees were very friendly and helpful, taking the time to show us where we could find what we were looking for. Also, they were nice in taking the boxes and styrofoam from the products we bought since we had no place to recycle it.

We visited this store about 8AM. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had the grout I needed and I was done in less than 10 minutes. Awesome!

Home Depot is a great place to shop for all things "home and garden".

I needed something to repair a screen door. I didn't know where to go to find the stuff and I asked a sales clerk..........he was great! Had a nice smile and came right back to me with exactly what I needed. He saved me a lot of time.

The Roseburg store is always our first choice. We have purchased something for every room in our house, our exterior and our yards. If they don't have it, an associate is always happy to actually get on their phone a call around or look it up on the internet. I'm pretty sure my check book feels they are sometimes too helpful! The Roseburg store also has a good selection of products. There are always sales going on. And don't forget about the "Deal of the Day" by the door! We've grabbed some great stuff at a steal of a price. I would definitely reccomend this store to everyone...and have!

I never have to go fare to find someone to help me and if I do need help out, I don't have to wait long.

We were in looking for a specific Ryobi product. The associate who was nearby had a hard time finding it. There are apparently multiple locations it might be in. If he has trouble finding it, how is the customer supposed to deal with finding it? Then when we were checking out, the hand scanner was broken so the cashier said we would have to hand her each individual piece of 8 foot long lumber to scan. She did nothing to help - provided no assistance in stacking or preventing them from sliding all around when we were trying to pull from cart, hand to her, and then stack separately after scanning. We kind of felt like it was a joke. Anyways whatever.... Home Depot is still better than the other store available for the most part.

Easy to get to store right off freeway. The parking lot is a bit of a mess to get in and out of but no worse than others. The store is very clean and all products had good stocking levels. I shopped in the lumber end of the store primarily and even though I did not need help I had two associates that stopped to ask. After saying I was good they left, which is always nice, I have been to other stores where I was constantly followed. It is just starting to warm up and the outdoor section of the store appeared to be getting a through cleaning in advance to being stocked. There are no stores in my area so when I do shop at Home Depot I use this store instead of the two others because of the ease of getting to the store

I have to travel a ways to get here but the store has what I need and the staff is helpful. Who doesn't like Home Depot?

Found all the stuff I needed quickly. The self checkout was not very easy to use.

Before I even got into the store I had 2 ask me if they could help me. then I was ready to pay and had 3 ask to help me. they are great people at the Roseburg store

The person who helped us was very friendly and extremely helpful. She even looked up prices at other stores and matched their price. I will definitely be shopping at Homedepot more.

We were able to find our purchases easily, the cashiers were super friendly, our military discount was applied with gratitude for my husband's service, and they had treats for our pup.

I greatly appreciate the Roseburg Home Depot. Before, we had 2 hardware stores that charged too much and were always crowded. Now I can find what I want, at a price I feel is reasonable and the checkout is fast. I also appreciate the "return" policy. I can feel free to just "browse" while waiting for my wife at the grocery without being pressured. The "associates" seem to enjoy their work and are always available and helpful. Thanks for coming to Roseburg.

The store is always fairly clean, mostly staff are helpful (once in a while there are younger store associates doing nothing but chatting with each other but not often). We are constantly at Home Depot and will continue to be.
