Very helpful employes at Roseburg Home Depot. Cashier Kele was great Had everything i needed , found some good buys too ................

Ignored for the 10-15 minutes walking around the store by almost every employee. When I got to self checkout I mentioned to the 2 cashiers it was not a great trip into the store. They insisted on trying to "make it better". I asked them to just leave me alone and I was trying to get checked out and leave the store. They invaded my personal space and insisted they apply a discount to my purchase. I told them I didn't want it, cashier behind me applied it anyway. Saying NO and Leave Me Alone apparently doesn't register with your employees. It came to me using some rather harsh language and leaving the store after my purchase. I felt attacked and definitely not listened to.

very clean, one employee helped us and was very nice. one didn't even stop in his tracks and just waved his hand and said I'm helping another customer right now, was a little rude

I’m a single Dad of a 20 mo old boy. He got really fussy while waiting for me to load all my fence boards. One employee came and gave him a sticker to cheer him up. It didn’t work. Another gave him a packaged cookie and it worked! While he nommed down another employee help load the rest of my lumber and the cookie giving cashier rang me up and found an employee to help load the car! What a day saver! Being a single parent is challenging. He was on melt down mode and really cheered up because of their help. Thank you soooo much!

Excellent service from Paul re replacement smoke detector, very knowledgeable and friendly. Checkout was fast and efficient. Would love to have a key ring attachment to expedite my veteran’s discount.

Be careful though as some stores as in this one is allowing people to walk around without a mask

I REGULARLY SHOP AT THIS STORE BECAUSE I LIKE THE EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED. MOSTLY MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE PROBLEM SOLVERS AND I LIKE THAT. HAVE BEEN SHOPPING HERE SINCE THE STORE BEGAN.

This store is always clean and the staff are areas helpful. Pretty fast in and out. Everything is easy to find. However the employees will help you find anything.

If you want to shop in a friendly and caring store, this one is a must to shop. Courteous staff who put their customers first and care about the correct product for the customer. They don't try to sell a product that is not what the customer wants. Great product pricing for quality products.

This store does not enforce the wearing of face masks or face coverings. How about following CDC guidelines and governors mandate.

Great store, great employees, great products.

I asked a gentleman name Shawn if he worked in the plumbing dept. and he said no, but I would be happy to take care of you. I asked him if he would cut some pipe for me. He saw that it was galvanized and said they don't normally cut that; but then he said; Since it's not much cutting, I'm going to go ahead and take care of this for you," I know he didn't have to do this, but he went out of his way to make sure I left happy, which he did. This young man knows what customer service is. GREAT JOB!!

3 days of unresolved issue on a $3400 flooring order. Dozen calls, transfers and holds no return call. Demanded full refund. Waste of my time and money. Still out $50 for the measurement service. Do not recommend the flooring measurement quote system.

Just got back from Home Depot where I needed paint for the house exterior and shed and a kitchen table. Sam and TJ helped me. If you need knowledge, experience, and great ideas - Go here! Like the other employees in this store I've had the pleasure to interact with, I was delighted with the help they gave me! I got what I wanted in a very short time frame, I was assisted expeditiously, no waiting. The store was immaculate, and everyone was friendly and helpful - All of that and MORE!

I cannot recommend this store until management enforces the state law requiring the wearing of face masks. There were dozens of customers with no face coverings shopping and store management is looking the other way and allowing this to take place. It is disappointing that some citizens jeopardize everyone else’s safety because they want to make a political statement. Store management needs to be held accountable to enforce this law and excuse customers that refuse to wear a mask. The Governor’s office will be contacted and informed that the Home Depot Corporation is not enforcing this law.
